Story
Mario is a border collie mix and came to the shelter in June as a stray. We think he`s about seven years old, and he weighs about forty-three pounds. He`s timid at first, but given time, patience, and a few treats, and he warms up. He`s very food-motivated and loves his treats and kongs. He`s patient in the bath and in the car. He also knows sit and down. We think he would do well in a home with respectful kids, twelve and up.

Originally adopted from Arkansas and has been enjoying his new home in CNY for just over 3 years. Jackson has learned alot but could benefit from a more active household. Fully housebroken, loves the outdoors, good house manners. Is shy at first but very loving and gentle. Likes his naps but loves to play as well. Eager to learn, loves toys and games. Current home has an invisible fence, needs to be more familiarized with leash walking. Very loving, loves to cuddle up!
