Story
Hi, I'm Rey! I've got an abundance of puppy energy and an even bigger heart. My days are filled with playing with my favorite squeaky toys, and I'm always ready for a good game of fetch. When I'm not busy being a playful pup, I love nothing more than curling up for a good cuddle. I'm friendly with everyone I meet and I'm known around here for my sweet nature. I'm learning new things every day and I'm eager to learn more with a family of my own. Adopting me means endless love, laughter, and a loyal friend for life.

Story
This precious girl Bella is looking for her forever home💔. We took her in back in December as her owner had to move and could not take her with her. Bella is a great dog, we just cannot keep her as it is too much for us with our busy life and two big dogs. Bella is good with kids and good with cats and other dogs. From what I know, she just turned 6 and she is a mix of Border Collie and Coonhound. Bella is spayed, house trained, knows her commands and listens well, and she is up to date on vaccines. She tends to pull quite a bit when walking on the leash, but I’ve been working on that with her and she’s doing much better!😊 She loves attention and absolutely loves to cuddle and give kisses! She’s a bit skittish around new people at first, but seems to warm up rather quickly with the right attention and treat!🤗

Story
Brooklyn is a loving and affectionate dog who gets along with just about everyone. We welcomed her into our fraternity house when she was about three and a half years old, thanks to one of our alumni. For some of us, it was our first time caring for a dog, making it a fun and eye-opening experience. She quickly became a big part of our lives—getting plenty of walks from different brothers throughout the day and being part of our social gatherings. Brooklyn is super friendly, always excited to meet new people, and loves lounging in the sun while keeping us company during study sessions. As much as we love her, we've come to realize that a busy fraternity house isn’t the best environment for her. Without a single dedicated owner, it’s been challenging to give her the structure and training she needs. Brooklyn deserves a calmer home where she can get the attention and consistency that will help her thrive. We’re looking for someone who can provide her with the love and stability she needs

Story
This handsome boys name is Max! Max is a two-year-old Border Collie mix who had a rough start at life. He is mostly blind and had cataract surgery over the summer. Unfortunately post-surgery during a re-check of his eyes he is shown to have progressive retinal atrophy, which means his eyesight will continue to worsen, and once totally blind, he will need both eyes removed to eliminate the possibility of glaucoma. He is well adjusted to being blind, but has unfortunately shown reactivity to strangers, both human and animals. He is an intelligent dog with good food motivation and we are hoping in the right home he will be able to be worked with to reduce his issues with strangers. Ideally he should go to someone with a fenced in yard as he loves to play fetch and wrestle with his toys. Once he is comfortable with someone he does remember them and becomes a big, playful sweetheart. He is also excellent for his multiple daily eye medications. In the right home this boy shows promise to make someone a wonderful companion! Please visit the following link on our website to learn about Second Chance's adoption process. http://www.2ndchanceanimalcenter.org/adoption.html October 25, 2024, 12:10 pm
