Story
Archie is a very sweet 3 year old border collie / blue healer / pit mix. We rescued him when he was 5 weeks old from Mississippi. He loves to cuddle and play. He also follows commands like sit, down, and stay. We are currently moving and will not be able to take Archie with us. Although he loves snuggling with our 2 young boys, I would not recommend a home with children as he can become very protective/unpredictable when visitors come to the house. He would be well suited in a house with either older children or no children. A fenced yard would be ideal for him as he has lots of energy.

We are delighted to say that during this beautiful season of renewal and friendship and family bonding, we have 8 precious little Border Collie/Aussie mix puppies that are looking for a fresh and forever start to their life. This little pretty border collie, girl was born in the middle of october, and we lovingly call her Ellie Belle.   At thirteen weeks, this little girl weighs thirteen pounds and is pretty as a little puppy can be.  She is bright and inquisitive and loving and rumps around the yard with her sister in playful outings such as romps in her first time snow experience.   Fearless and scared of nothing, Ellie Belle will make an active dog savvy family the perfect, confident dog companion.  The border collie, breed is always in need of challenges and learning experiences.    A safe and contained fence yard would be the optimum for this girl.  It will enable her to run and play 4. The right length of time to get her energy out and her exploring nature satisfied. Story
There are special dogs in this world. You know them when you meet them. Just like people,Kaye they are all special for their own reasons.  Our blue eyed Kaye is a former mama dog that had several litters before she was two years old.  Down in a very rural area of Tennessee, we had apparently helped an earlier litter get adopted out after they were found on an isolated country highway. They looked exactly like her, but yet we did not know who or where she was yet. Six months later, Kaye was discovered by an older couple that had found the previous puppies, and she was very pregnant again.  We are adopting those puppies out now and they are precious like their mom.   Blue Eyed Kaye probably had never had fun in her life until she came in to our foster care. Now she's having the time of her life.  She's able to play and be loved and have fun.  Being a stray for most of your life and having litter after litter of puppies with nowhere to go, is pretty sobering.  Her beautiful blue eyes now dance with joy and delight as she plays with the resident foster dog who is half her size.  Kaye is a Border Collie, Aussie and Pointer mix.  She is around two years old and 47 pounds.  This girl learned the doggy door within hours of arrival and she definitely hates crates. GOOD NEWS IS.... when left out during the day, she does not destroy a thing. She is very respectful. This girl has just the right energy for playfulness, and then chill time.  She loves all creatures and would be a great family companion who would be wonderful with children.  She can live with other dogs or cats. Our beautiful litter of Border Collie mix puppies are ready to fly the nest the middle of January and Sugar Cookie is so excited!  This beautiful little girl and her litter mates were all born around the end of October, near Halloween.  Their mom is an awesome mix girl that is soft and beautiful with blue eyes. They were discovered during the early weeks of birth being nursed underneath rural is area of Middle Tennessee.  This sweet puppy is being hugged and snuggled everyday by two young children that are 8 and 10 yrs.    The stay at home mom is teaching them house manners and making sure all 6 of the puppies play fair!!!   We think Sugar Cookie is mixed with Aussie and Border Collie and predicted to be 45 lbs.   She is definitely an active breed in need of a securely fenced yard to play and run off energy that a herding breed has.  There are 3 girls and 5 boys all total.  The foster homes have broken down the litter in to groups for easier training. This sweet Rachel is a beautiful 12 week old Border Collie mix girl puppy.who will grow up to be a 50 lbs loving girl. Smart and anxious to please, she wants to be someone's special Valentine. She is crate trained and learning what it's like to be in a house. It's hard to imagine that only 2 weeks ago some cold hearted heartless person, dumped her and her brother Ross at a very rural cabin that was not currently occupied.  Fortunately the owner, who was several hundred miles away,  has a camera doorbell and saw these puppies in desperate need of help. The temperatures were in the single digits, 8 degrees,  it was snowing and they had no food.  A Critter Cavalry Rescue volunteer stepped in to take the puppies to safety.
