Meet Sadie, the delightful three-year-old Border Collie mix with a heart full of sweetness and a touch of timidity. This charming girl is on the lookout for her forever home, and with a little patience and a slow introduction, she`s sure to blossom into the loving companion you’ve been searching for. While we’re not quite sure how she interacts with other dogs, her gentle nature shines when it comes to cats and small animals—proving she`s the perfect addition to a multi-pet household! Sadly, Sadie found herself in need of a new home because her previous owners felt she would thrive better in an environment with a more active lifestyle. However, what this precious pup truly craves is a warm, friendly space where she can feel secure and loved. If you’re ready to take her on leisurely strolls and enjoy quiet evenings together, Sadie is excited to meet you and be a part of your family!

Betty is a a funny, happy girl who came to us from the Crow Indian Reservation where she suffered a chemical burn to her tongue. Betty was barely able to eat and the vet treated her for a secondary infection. She still has some scarring on her tongue but otherwise this brave soul is really a wonderful dog! We have no idea if the chemial burn was intentional or not but we did rescue 3 other dogs with similar burns. Our best guess on Betty's age is 3 years and she is around 45 pounds. She makes her foster mom laugh when she plays with her squeeky toy and then buries it uder the blanket on her bed. She's such a silly girl! Betty! For her to have such a fun personality after her horrible ordeal is a marvel. WE NEED A FOSTER HOM FOR BETTY!!  SHE IS LIVING IN A GARGE UNTIL WE FIND A FOSTER OR ADOPTER. She keeps her kennel clean so we think that she will house train quickly. My name is Freda. While I’m still gaining confidence I am a kind girl who is gentle spirited. I am eager to learn and just want to please people. And when I gazed lovingly at you, you can see that. I love treats, and chin scratches and KIDS. I LOVE kids! I am learning to walk on a leash but still need help understanding no on is going to hurt me. I hunker down because I can't help it. I just need someone to show me things are all right. I am uncertain around other pets so it would be best if I was an only dog. Note: Freda qualifies for a shelter discount due to her age of seven years old. She will be spayed before adoption.
