Welcome Bear to CCPAL foster program. Bear is a young male that is 5 months old. He is 50% Border Collie and the other is Terrier. These puppies all love the water and would love a home that allows them to play in the water. He is the biggest of the 3 boys and a stronger personality. He is the most dominant of the 3 boys. He is outgoing and social and is slightly less attentive than his two brothers. He should be 50 pounds full grown. He currently is about 27 pounds. He lives with children and is around goats in his farm house foster home. He has long beautiful and shinny fur. He is knows sit and can walk on a leash. He is good in a car and friendly with his litter mates. He hasn’t been around any other dogs but his litter mates. They are all boys. He has the striking looks of a Border Collie. We would love someone that knows and loves the breed to apply for Bear or any in this litter. We think Bear has less of the Border Collie personality and more of the dad’s personality who was a Terrier. He is currently in Texas and can be adopted locally or we can work with one of the wonderful transporters to Washington, Portland, Minnesota, Vermont or all along the East Coast. His adoption fee is 200 and transport is 600. He is healthy, vaccinated, neutered and ready for his forever home. He can be in a home with children. We like them to be 8 or older. This boy loves to play fetch and can spend hours pushing balls around the yard! Jinx has lived with many dogs and has done well with most, but can be selective. He may do best as an only dog. He is not good with cats. Jinx is neutered, vaccinated, heart worm negative, and microchipped. Jinx is not an easy dog, but he will be an amazing friend to the right family! Kato is a 7 month old puppy that was originally a rescue from Missouri, and for the last 5 months has been living in Minnesota with foster parents. He is part Red Heeler (Australian Cattle dog) but definitely has some other breeds in him as well. He is incredibly smart and loyal and quick to pick up commands, but he does have cattle dog tendencies around being territorial and weary of strangers (both dogs and people). He is still a puppy and loves to play tug, fetch, and tag. He knows a lot of commands and is kennel and house trained. He would thrive in a place where he has more room to run around outdoors and maybe has an older dog to help him understand behaviors better, and stop him from being "on guard" so often. He does not live with dogs, kids, or cats currently but has lived with dogs before. He does still have some herding tendencies and has nipped at few people he doesn't know in his space. But once he knows people he's generally playful with them.
