Story
Ally is a 7 year old Border Collie mix. She is 57 lbs. I got her from a shelter when she was 14 months old. She is good with other dogs, but has not been around cats. She also does well with my 6 year old granddaughter. I have a dog bed, toys, bowls, and a cage. I rarely use the cage and I do not keep her caged while I'm at work all day. I want to find a good home for Ally. I recently got married and my new husband is very allergic to her. We are living in separate homes until I can find her a new home.

We got Cooper from the humane society in 2022, he was good with other dogs initially but was attacked by other dogs and became dog reactive. He had no issues with our other dog until recently. He is great with humans but has to be an only pet household. Good with children, best if older as he does not realize his size and is a bit high energy. Loves human attention, will sleep with you every night. Appx 3.5 years old.

Story
Pappy is, what we call in rescue, a “very good boy!” He is young; estimated to be between 1-2 years old. He weighs 45-50 pounds and we believe he is a red Border Collie/ Great Pyrenees mix. This is an educated guess, based on his coloring and double back do claws, so Great Pyrenees mix is very likely. Pappy has interacted favorably with many other dogs in rescue. He is most friendly with female dogs and submissive males and super friendly with people! He has a gentle nature and is affectionate. He will be a fun and easy addition to any active family or individual wanting to add a 4-legged companion who will be an eager partner in crime and a constant source of unconditional love. He is pretty good on a leash and crate trained.FOCCAS is a foster based, non-profit rescue in Crossville, TN. The adoption fee Includes Age-Appropriate Vaccinations (DA2PPV, Bordetella, Rabies), Deworming, Spay/Neuter, Microchip, Flea/Tick/Heartworm Prevention, and Sheltering. Adult Dogs are Heartworm Tested and Treated as Needed. FOCCAS does not DNA test or guarantee breed. My adoption fee (if picked up locally in Crossville, Tennessee) is $275. Story
Calling all families looking for an energetic, playful goof ball of a dog! This boy is it! Archie is a fun-loving, romp in the yard, get dirty kind of guy. He hasn't met a dog or person that he doesn't love. He is looking for high adventure and maybe even a doggy sibling or two (he can wear them out!). Archie is crate-trained, needs some work on potty-training, and also practice riding in a car (he gets car sick but can overcome this). If you are ready to turn your dull days into epic adventures, then Archie is waiting for you!FOCCAS is a foster based, non-profit rescue in Crossville, TN. This girl ended in the shelter due to her owner being arrested and not being able to find her a home. Gracie is a great dog who has fit into her foster home quite well. She is learning about cats and being on a leash. She is housebroken with a dog door but was also house trained without one. She is a bit of energy so will need an active family to keep up! She is friendly and has gotten a long with other dogs of various sizes really well. She loves to play and is pure fun! She is located in Tennessee but can be transported to you through Rescue Riders.

Story
Mavis has been sponsored by a good Samaritan, so the adoption fee has gone down. This puppy was the last of a litter that was being given away at a local Walmart. One of the transport drivers saw her and asked us to bring her into rescue. Cold and scared, they bought her to our local clinic to be vetted and then took her to foster until we could find her a forever home. Mavis is going to make someone a wonderful family dog. Her playmates at the foster home are two huge dogs but this little girl thinks she is the big boss. She also adores the children - who range from 2 - 10 years old - and in true puppy fashion, loves to play and have all the attention she can get. If you would like to add the darling Miss Mavis to your home, please respond by using the big black button marked " Ask About Me" and we will send you an application. These dogs are being fostered in TN but included in your adoption fee is transport to a location near you by Rescue Riders Pet Transport, the most animal-friendly transport on the road.

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Hi! I’m Ollie! I’m a 2.5-year-old mixed breed, possibly Australian Kelpie/Shepherd and Pitbull. I showed up at my foster parents’ yard hungry, cold, and injured, but they took great care of me. Now, I’m healthy, up to date on my shots, and neutered. I live with 3 adults, 1 child, and 3 small dogs. I’m smart and learn fast! I’m working on my anxiety through a behavior program and even made friends at doggy daycare. I’m comfortable with smaller, calm dogs but get nervous around bigger or very energetic dogs. It takes me a bit to warm up to new people because I’m scared of getting hurt again, but once I trust you, I love to snuggle, take naps, and play. I know commands like sit, lay down, place, stay (still working on it), and more! I need a home with a fenced yard and prefer someone who works remotely since being alone for too long scares me. I sleep in my crate at night but like being out during the day. I love puzzle toys, enrichment activities, and running in the snow! ***PLEASE NOTE:  This animal is listed as a courtesy to another organization and does not belong to Last Day Dog Rescue.  Applications will be forwarded to the animals foster.*** &#226&#128&#139Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.March 5, 2025, 5:45 pm

Microchips are implanted between the animals shoulder blades and are a permanent form of identification. The microchips are registered to Last Day Dog Rescue with the adopter's info added once adopted. If the animal is ever lost and slips his/her collar/tags the microchip allows the finder to know who to contact if scanned for a microchip. Animals MUST still have a collar with tags on at all times. Per our contract, we take all our animals back if for any reason you can't keep your adopted animal. Please understand the statements about this animal are based upon the foster home's evaluation of the animal. The animal might behave differently (negatively or positively) in your home. While the animal might be good with the current foster’s dogs, cats, children, etc., it may not be with your animal(s) or children. The animal may be housebroken or litter trained in the home of the foster but may relapse in your home. The animal is represented to the public as it performs in the foster home and any statements made regarding the animal are conditional to that foster home setting. Please understand that statements made regarding this animal are simply overviews and are not guaranteed. The Petfinder.com system requires that we choose a predominant breed or breed mix for our animals. Visual breed identification in animals is unreliable so for most of the animals we are only guessing at predominant breed or breed mix. We get to know each animal as an individual and will do our best to describe each of our animals based on personality, not by breed label. Thank you for looking through our list of animals needing forever homes and choosing rescue first. We appreciate you stopping by. March 7, 2025, 4:18 pm

The $50 deposit will then be returned to the adopter.&#226&#128&#139 Happy Days Dog and Cat Rescue microchips all dogs and cats before adoption.
