Leyland Leyland is a Male Border Collie mix DOB: June 6th, 2024 Adoption fee: $200.00 I am not as confident as my brother, but I still love attention. I am not quite as busy as Gibby, but I still have great puppy energy. I am playful, curious, and smart. My brother and I have similar colors, but we do have different coat styles and facial features. I should do well with another dog in the home. I should adjust to a dog friendly cat. I would do my best with a physically fenced yard. I am not fit for apartment life. Children should be at least 8 years or older in my new home. Herding breeds herd which include people or children and can be too much for the typical family who does not have breed experience. I am a very nice puppy, and I will make a great companion for the right person, couple, or family. She is lovely. So smart and trainable. I would love to find her a family that will give her agility or some kind of work training. I am not giving her what she needs. She loves her walks and is good on a leash. She does get excited for other humans and dogs.

Story
Sadie is about 10 months old and some friends of ours used to have her. She is a purebred Border Collie. She used to be very fearful of people, and the husband could never really form a bond with her, so they returned her to the breeder, although she almost immediately formed a bond with both of us. My husband felt very sad that she was returned to the breeder, so he brought her home one day. We have a summer cottage and learned that we cannot have a third dog (we currently have two). They all get along well, and also with our two cats. However, we have no place for her to run nor do we have a fenced-in yard, which she would benefit greatly from. She has been a bit stubborn about potty training, so we sometimes still have accidents in the house. Part of it may be our fault. Sadie is beautiful and very sweet and has overcome her shyness. We just want to find an appropriate home for her where she can run and get more exercise.

Tally Tally is a Female Aussie/Cattle Dog Mix DOB: November of 2022 Adoption fee: $100.00 If you’re looking for a companion to walk with, cuddle with, spend your days off and evening with, look no further. I can be all those things for the right person, couple or family. I am a good medium size girl, and I have the energy to match. I am not overly active but will require regular exercise. I appear to be house, and crate trained. With little history of my past, I will require a physically fenced yard. I will need some work with leash training but should respond well to positive reinforcement training. Pending a meet and greet, I may do okay with another dog in the home, there are no guarantees. As more behavior is observed my information will be updated. I should do well with children 8 years and older pending observed interaction. At this time, I have not been tested with cats.
