Story
Rosie is ready to wake up and smell the roses in her forever home! This sweet 1-year-old Australian Cattle Dog mix weighs around 45 pounds and is full of love to give.Sadly, this is Rosie`s second time at the shelter, through no fault of her own. She’s been passed from owner to owner for reasons like moving or personal circumstances and most recently came back on 1/9/2025 because her owner felt she was too much responsibility. Now, Rosie dreams of finding someone who will love her forever.Rosie has done well with cats, kids, and other dogs in the past. She’s an energetic and intelligent pup who already knows commands like sit and stay and has a history of being housebroken and crate-trained. She recently enjoyed a Dog’s Day Out, where her companion described her as affectionate, cuddly, and initially a bit timid but quickly warming up. Rosie loves stuffed toys and was a superstar in the car.If you’re looking for a smart, loving, and energetic companion, Rosie is ready to bloom into your new best friend!Rosie is currently excelling in foster care and has a waived adoption fee, meaning you can bring this sweet girl home spayed, microchipped, and fully vaccinated FREE of cost to you!
