Story
Sully was rescued from euthanasia and came to us scared and unsure. Slowly, he is gaining confidence and enjoying his foster home, building a relationship with foster mom. Sully is initiating play and enjoys sun bathing with his foster brother. He is around 1 year and is likely mixed with border collie. He recently showed us he loves the water! We are so glad to be able to give him a second chance at life with the right person! If you are interested in a chow mix with good social skills, Sully is the boy for you!

Story
Jett is a sweet and well-behaved senior Border Collie mix, born on May 15, 2015, and weighing around 23 lbs. This little guy may be older, but he's full of love and loyalty. Jett took a bit of time to adjust to his foster home, but he has settled in beautifully. He occasionally lets you know when he needs some space, simply communicating his need for a little "me time." Jett is happiest when he's close to his person, and he absolutely adores one-on-one attention. He'll often start his night in bed with you, soaking up the comfort and closeness. While he does get along well with other dogs, Jett would love to be the center of your world and enjoys the peace and quiet of a relaxed environment. Jett is looking for a forever home where he can be loved and appreciated, with a family that respects his boundaries and cherishes his company. If you're looking for a calm, devoted companion who will stay by your side, Jett could be your perfect match. Dog Adoption Application: https://www.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/HAUS-A-1183

Story
Tipsy is a shining example why dogs are perfect citizens of the world. Tipsy has been through a lot in her short life. Although very much loved, she lived outside and was impregnated before her first birthday. She gave birth under a shed to a litter of 8 when nobody realized she was pregnant. This girl is about 35 pounds, has grown her babies into the cutest litter of fluffy pups and is ready to show off to the world herself. From living in a backyard, she was not exposed to most things a good dog deserves. Despite that, she’s housebroken herself, plays perfectly with her foster siblings (75 lb lab, 95 lb hound, and 5 lb poodle that was visiting for the holiday). She lives for a ball - throw a tennis ball, kick a soccer ball, squeaky and bouncy, she doesn’t discriminate. When she brings the ball back she tosses it towards you to say, Again! Tipsy is polite with the 20year old resident cat and thinks it’s great fun to talk to the cat with her little woo-woos. She is perfect on a leash. She walks every morning and has quickly learned to look forward to it. She takes treats extremely gently and lays down to eat her meals because she likes to take her time. What are her downsides you ask? Well she likes to jump for attention. We are working on that but remember she’s just a puppy herself. She still needs to learn basic manners but she picks up things quickly and who would mind training when she did the rest of the hard work herself. Tipsy is such a sweet girl and is ready to find a family of her very own that will continue to expose her to new things. She would love a confident dog sibling to show her the ropes when going into something new, she has so much to learn and experience for the first time! Est. Story
Bear is a fun loving, high energy pup! He is so friendly and loving. I live in an apartment and work 12 hour days so cannot give him the time he deserves. He is extremely intelligent, can sit and shake, play fetch (sort of lol) He will come with kennel, toys, food, leashes and treats. He genuinely just needs to have a person who loves the outdoors or a family with space for him to play and run. He is a good boy and deserves to have a good home that can give him the attention he needs! Will also come with 3 months of the simparico treatment

Story
Hi friends! My name is Willy. I'm a border collie mix of sorts and quite handsome if I do say so myself. I'm a bit of a special dog, a real shy guy, but if someone would just give me a chance I will make a great companion. I love other dogs, as long as they're friendly, and I absolutely must go to a home with another friendly dog or two to show me I'm in a safe place. We all need some reassurance sometimes, right? I also need a fenced yard. Whoever my new owner is will need to be able to give me lots of time and space to feel comfortable with them. I'm a really good boy, I'm crate trained and house broken, but until I get used to you I'm gonna need you to keep your paws to yourself. I promise it's not personal, and you'll see I'm worth the wait! Willy is neutered, up to date on shots and microchipped. He's located at The Pet Connection Sanctuary in Beloit, KS, but transportation to the right home may be available. To learn more about Willy please contact The Pet Connection by call or text- 913-671-PETS (7387).
