Story
In February 2022, Beauties received a report of a momma dog and 7 newborn puppies in a tiny kennel by a dumpster. Brynne was scared and protective of her family, naturally, but our team was able to get them to safety. Sadly, 2 of the babies had already perished by the time we got the report but the rest survived and found homes long ago. However, Brynne is still looking for a place of her own! She is a good girl who needs a strong leader who can help guide her. She can be a little slow to trust new people but once she does, she is very sweet and playful! She is vocal so no apartment-type living arrangements for her. Brynne is active and does great in doggy daycare. She is getting better on leash. She may bark at some people and vehicles while on walks, and gets anxious / impatient in certain situations especially if she has to wait somewhere. Boarding has been great for exposing her to new people and situations but we look forward to getting her back into a home where she can continue to grow.

Story
his beautiful boy was found at the school near Linwood Park and is looking for a foster or forever home. Our volunteer found a scared little guy that who was underweight and missing fur. It didn't take him long to take treats from their hand and let her pet under his chin. He was terrified of the leash and when approached he would stand up straight and try to climb the walls so he was named Spidey. He is timid, but sweet as can be. He will fall asleep standing up and rest his head in your hand while scratch his chin. He craves human attention and will trust you quickly with a little patience and kindness. SPIDEY WILL NEED A 6' FENCE Adoption Fee: $200 - Includes Spay/Neuter, Microchip, and UTD on all vaccines.

Story
My daughter’s dad got Handsome from the humane society but didn’t have the time to take care of him. We took him in thinking we would have time but unfortunately with 3 kids, that changed our minds after a couple of months. He is a really good dog but a puppy is not what we need right now.

Story
Tucker is a 10-13 year old with the heart of a puppy. He loves playing catch or snuggling with his favorite plushies. He will walk off leash and knows several commands from sit to spin in a circle. He's a working dog breed so will follow you everywhere. He doesn’t have any known medical issues or allergies. He is scared of other dogs so should go to a family without other pets. We accepted him from friends to avoid him going to a shelter but unfortunately doesn’t get along with our current dog.
