Story
Goose is a loveable, quirky guy looking for an equally loveable and equally quirky best friend! He is an independent character that loves his nighttime belly rubs. He loves to play with his human and is very smart. He can be too intense for some other dogs, but has some dog buddies who "get" him. Goose is available for adoption through Soul Dogs, Inc. He is an active boy who would love a running or hiking buddy. If you are interested in fostering or adopting Goose, please send us a message! Are you the best friend he has been looking for?

Story
Carman is a dainty border collie mix, approximately 8 years old, that loves to cuddle and be a couch potato with her family. She is an affectionate gal once she gets to know you. In her case, patience makes the heart grow fonder as she apparently has some emotional scarring from her younger years. She is timid when meeting new people and prefers women over men. Once she does bond to her family, she is also extremely protective in regards to other dogs. She needs to be the ONLY pet, no exceptions. For this reason, we highly recommend a fenced yard for exercise as a means of preventing dog to dog interactions that frequently happens on walks. Her adoption fee is $250 and she is fostered in Danville, IN. You may contact her foster Kathy at 317-902-1018 to meet this cutie.

Story
Franklin, Indiana. Willing to travel to get her to a loving human. 9 Female we believe she is a Kelpie Spayed Chipped Housebroken Crate trained When I adopted her 8 years ago she tested heartworm positive. The vet gave the option of a cure which was more than $1,000, or giving her medicine to stop the illness progressing any further. I chose the latter. She has never exhibited any negative symptoms though. She tends to be skittish around children and other animals and really just prefers to be with her owners. She is an exceedingly loving and sweet dog. It breaks my heart to give her away but I know that it is what's best for her. She comes with a crate, food and water dish, a mouse proof container to store her food as well as a food scoop, a Furminator deshedding brush, leash and collar. I am happy to provide money towards her next vet visit / shots.
