Story
Say hi to Lucas! This very handsome 6 year old, dude is looking for a home because his owner is no longer able to keep him. His owner is devastated over it so has asked us to help find a wonderful new mom and/or dad for him. Lucas currently weighs about 45 pounds, because he's not currently able to get the exercise he needs, so he plans to get back down to his ideal weight of 37 pounds soon. :) Lucas is a sweet boy. He loves going for walks and chasing lizards. He's a happy guy, who would love a home with a yard to play ball in. And when he's done playing, would love a comfy couch to hang out on and cuddle with his owner. If you would like to hear more about this really nice boy, please be sure to include your number when you inquire so we can call and tell you even more about Lucas.

Story
Meet Amigo in Parish, FL: Your New Best Friend! Amigo is a six-year-old sweetheart who’s ready to find his forever home. This very good boy has a gentle soul but can be shy and nervous around new people, especially when approached too quickly. With patience and love, he warms up beautifully and becomes a loyal and affectionate companion. In the house, Amigo is a dream. He’s housebroken, calm, and loves to relax on the bed while you’re away—he’s perfectly content on his own for up to four hours. On walks, he’s well-mannered and enjoys exploring the world at a leisurely pace. He’s also a car-riding pro, making him a great travel buddy. Amigo would thrive in an active household that enjoys long walks, outdoor adventures, and visits to the dog park. He’d love to have another dog sibling to keep him company and help build his confidence. However, a home without cats would be best, as he has a high prey drive. Amigo’s ideal home includes: • A fenced yard where he can run and play freely. • A patient and loving adopter who will give him the time and praise he needs to feel secure. • An active lifestyle to match his love for the outdoors. He’s neutered, up-to-date on all vaccinations, and on preventative care. If you think Amigo is the perfect match for your family, please fill out our adoption application today. He can’t wait to meet you! If Amigo sounds perfect for you, please fill out our application: https://www.australianshepherdsfurever.org/adoption-application There is an additional $20 microchip fee which includes registration and transfer to his new furever family.

Story
Meet beautiful Iris! She has a sweet, gentle nature and loves to play and wrestle with Rose. Iris needs a patient, understanding home with a predictable routine. She can be a little skittish in new or unfamiliar environments, but she has shown that she warms up to people rather quickly. She has the most expressive eyes and the cutest deer-tail (her little, excited tail wiggles are the best). She’s incredibly intelligent and learns quickly; she’d benefit from constant enrichment to build her confidence. Sometimes she’ll pick up a toy, look directly at Rose, and then run away, all because she wants Rose’s attention. She is potty trained, good with other dogs, and OK with cats. Iris would do best in a home with no small children. Meet lovely, sweet girl Rose! She came to us when she got sick and her previous owner could not afford her medical. She loves to cuddle and loves playing fetch. She would love a fenced in yard where she can run and play fetch with you. She loves going for a walk and car rides. Please fill out an application if you would like to meet them. Meet lovely, sweet Rose! She was surrendered to Pawlife Rescue when her previous owner could not afford her medical needs. Rose is such an affectionate, grateful, and happy girl. She loves playing fetch and she would have a toy in her mouth 24/7 if she could! She has the perfect pup smile and lights up any time you give her a head rub or pick up a toy to play with her. She would love a fenced in yard where she can run and play fetch with you. She loves going for walks and car rides. Sweet Rose loves to cuddle with humans and Iris on the couch (they might even lay on each other to get closer to you). She’s interested in cats but may scare them due to her excited nature. Adoption fee is for both dogs. https://www.pawliferescuegroup.org/adoptable-pets/iris-rose Please visit our website for more information on the foster/adoption process. https://www.pawliferescuegroup.org/adoption-resources Located in Pinellas County, Florida.

Story
Snickers is a purebred almost 2 year old (Dec 2024) Miniature Australian Shepherd. Beautiful coloring and a lovely soft coat. A little shy at first but gets more confident. Cautious with people but does prefer women to men, cats and other dogs. He can be protective of his home. An energetic, alpha/pack leader owner and breed experience is preferred as he can nip and be a biter. Training has improved this behavior tremendously. Australian Shepherds need a very dedicated owner as they get very attached and protective, also: 1. Owners must invest time in training. 2. Aussie's need to be mentally stimulated and kept occupied as they are very intelligent. 3. They need rigorous daily exercise such as hiking, running and games of fetch. If you can provide a home to Snickers with these criteria, please complete an adoption application. Thank you $400 adoption fee includes his neuter, microchip, and all vaccinations and preventatives up to date. Adopters should have the following: Single family home with fenced yard and preferably another pup to play and socialize with. Please, no long hours left alone and not crated for more than 4 hours. ** All canine pets should be altered, current on all required vaccinations, including rabies and on monthly flea, tick and heartworm prevention. ** PawLife Rescue Group reserves the right to approve or deny any application for any reason. Story
Please visit our website for more information on the foster/adoption process and to complete a foster/adoption application. https://www.pawliferescuegroup.org/adoption-resources Monica along with her brother Chandler and 2 other siblings Ross & Rachel were found by some tourists, abandoned in the Bahamas. They sought help at a local rescue on the islands. The rescue needed help taking any dogs or puppies as they are being forced to close. We were able to take 3. Ross is recovering from an injury of unknown origin and Rachel found a home. They were flown to us via Miami on July 31st, the last day young puppies were allowed to be flown in as the regulations changed Aug 1st to no puppies under 6 months of age. The cutest puppy with the most adorable ears!! Monica is a playful girl, a little on the shy side who warms up quickly. Monica is friendly with everyone and good with other dogs. Best guess at breed. Adopters should have the following: Single family home with fenced yard and preferably another pup to play and socialize with.
