Story
Blaine is a gentle soul who is looking for a patient and understanding home. He can be quite shy at first, especially with new people, but once he gets to know you, he'll shower you with affection. Blaine absolutely adores other dogs and would thrive in a home with a confident canine companion to help him come out of his shell. While Blaine is still learning to trust humans, he is incredibly sweet and cuddly once he warms up to you. He loves nothing more than snuggling up on the couch for pets and belly rubs. Blaine is crate trained and potty trained, making him a low-maintenance housemate. He is also a big fan of chew toys, which help keep him entertained and occupied. Blaine is easily startled and can be timid in new situations, so he would do best in a calm and quiet household. With time, patience, and lots of love, Blaine will blossom into a loyal and loving companion. Could you be the one to give Blaine the loving home he deserves? Like the easy life? Then I'm the perfect match for you.  I'm relaxed, laid-back kind of do who enjoys long naps, watching movies, curling up on laps, and walking very short distances from the couch to the food bowl and back. Let me sit at your feet, walk by your side, and I'll be your devoted companion forever.ADOPTION PROCESS: The adoption process is simple and straight forward.Pre-Screening Adoption Application here: https://tinyurl.com/adoptfromHSCCOur receptionists can usually approve/dis-approve your application same day. Story
We have had the honor of being Greysons parents since he was 12 weeks old. A pure bred Australian Cattle Dog/Blue Heeler with the softest most beautiful soul. He has been a constant source of joy and support. Greysons gentle nature and resilient spirit has been essential in helping me through multiple personal health crises. I have been suffering from a seizure disorder that has become complicated to manage and recently our brave boy faced his own health battle- a sudden and unexpected diagnosis of diabetes after a life marked by nothing but health and vitality, Ill never understand it. 3 excruciating days and $7,000 later, we saved his life but I have been sick with grief- not because this is a death sentence, because i know is not, but because I know that I cannot possibly afford to take care of my health as well as his. To imagine Greyson living with someone else breaks my heart. Selfishly Ive tried to convince myself i can do this- but Greyson deserves better.

Story
Knox has been in my life since she was 8 weeks old, she is now 8 years old. She does well with kids and other pets. If you have company over, she doesn’t know a stranger and anyone willing to throw a ball or give ear/neck scratches is instantly a new best friend. Unfortunately, I recently got divorced and my life has been flipped on its head. Knox needs a fenced in yard or a highly active family. She still has lots of energy and needs a job to do. I just cannot provide that to her right now and she deserves more than what I can currently provide. I am hoping to be able to find a family that will love her just as much as I do. I’m open to any and all questions! I have no doubt that someone will fall in love with her.
