Story
Welcome Bear to CCPAL foster program. Bear is a young male that is 5 months old. He is 50% Border Collie and the other is Terrier. These puppies all love the water and would love a home that allows them to play in the water. He is the biggest of the 3 boys and a stronger personality. He is the most dominant of the 3 boys. He is outgoing and social and is slightly less attentive than his two brothers. He should be 50 pounds full grown. He currently is about 27 pounds. He lives with children and is around goats in his farm house foster home. He has long beautiful and shinny fur. He is knows sit and can walk on a leash. He is good in a car and friendly with his litter mates. He hasn’t been around any other dogs but his litter mates. They are all boys. He has the striking looks of a Border Collie. We would love someone that knows and loves the breed to apply for Bear or any in this litter. We think Bear has less of the Border Collie personality and more of the dad’s personality who was a Terrier. He is currently in Texas and can be adopted locally or we can work with one of the wonderful transporters to Washington, Portland, Minnesota, Vermont or all along the East Coast. His adoption fee is 200 and transport is 600. He is healthy, vaccinated, neutered and ready for his forever home. He can be in a home with children. We like them to be 8 or older. Rhode Island and Massachusetts are not states we adopt to because of the regulations imposed by these states Contact Marlene at 210-867-1769 or email to ccpalinquiries@gmail.com if you have questions. This pup is being fostered in Athens TN. Transport to the Great Lakes area and the North East available to your area and if you’re seeing this on adopt a pet the fees for transport are included in the adoption fee! We use Rescue Riders for all our pet transport needs because they are the best! Do you Love Lucy? We love Lucy! This sweet pup found herself on the urgent list at our local city shelter. We are dumbfounded that she was there at our local city shelter for so long and no one came to claim her and no one wanted to adopt her. She is quite an awesome dog! She is smart and loving. She likes to give hugs and kisses. She loves to play with other dogs she would do great in a home with another dog that also loves to play. An active home would be great for her as well. She will need to have physical and mental stimulation in order to love a happy balanced life. She walks ok on leash. Some pulling but not too bad just needs a little twerking on the leash manners. She knows sit and her recall is pretty good. She is crate trained and house trained. Would do best with older children due to her size she would probably knock toddlers down by mistake when playing or loving on them. Please Apply at petpath.org

Story
Chico is a 7 year old Australian Shepherd who we purchased at 4 months old from a pet store in the mall in 2017. Hes always been so sweet, caring and affectionate. He has his playful, fun, energetic moments and also his calm, cuddly, lap dog moments. He is a GREAT family dog! So good with children of all ages and adults. He is very obedient and house trained. He needs a family or adopter who has more space to provide him than I do. Maybe a yard on their property and someone who likes to be active with him. We would love someone who has experience with Australian shepherds. We prefer an adopter who has a small dog or no dog. He deserves all the love in the word. I wish my living circumstances were different but I know he deserves more. If you are a great fit for our lovely Chico, please send in your application, tell us about yourself and how Chico would fit in your life. Then we will set up a meet and greet if your application is approved. Thank you!

Story
Meet Kit, she’s a stunning 7 month old Australian cattle dog mix. Doesn’t she have the best ears!! Kit is one of 4 pups in the litter, she is in foster care and thriving. She is a very sweet dog, she loves everyone she meets. She loves breaking out her smile to show off when she’s happy ( which is almost always). Kit loves attention. the more the better. She is wonderful with children and would do great in a home where she gets to grow up with children. Kit is well behaved, and has good house manners. She enjoys playing with other dogs, every new dog she meets is her new best fur friend. Kit will do great in any home, she has nothing but puppy kisses, wagging tail and adoration to give. Kit is hw ( heartworm) negative, fully vetted, spayed/neutered and microchipped. Please fill out an application at www.northboundrescue.com
