He loves to follow you around, sit close, and get cozy during cuddle time. Sarge is already off to a great start with his potty training and basic commands like “sit” and “come here.” He’s a curious little explorer who enjoys sniffing around outside and is well-behaved indoors. He’s got a gentle, easygoing nature, though he's still a bit nervous about surprises like loud noises or new experiences. He’ll need adopters who are patient and ready to provide structure, training, and positive socialization. This young guy is crate-trained for short periods, but he’d rather snuggle up in bed at night. Leash training will be a work in progress, as Sarge is still getting used to walks and car rides, but he’s a smart boy and will thrive with the right guidance. Sarge is looking for a loving, patient family who can help him grow into the confident and happy dog he’s destined to be. Approximately 11 months old 65lbs Border collie Mix Neutered He’s up to date on shots and is covered for flea and ticks until February! We adopted Gizmo from the SFSPCA. He’s the sweetest boy but after our family’s circumstances changed we are no longer able to provide him what he needs.

10 months ago, Duke was found wandering the streets of Stockton, lost and without a home. A kind woman took him in temporarily, but when she could no longer care for him, I stepped up to foster him. Now, after helping him feel safe and loved again, I am seeking a permanent home where he can thrive. 🐾 About Duke Age: Around 2 Breed: Border Collie Mix Temperament: Friendly and sweet-natured. Low to medium drive. He loves cuddling, hanging out with people and going on walks. Health: Healthy, vaccines are up to date (DHPP/rabies), on heartworm and flea and tick med. Duke has come a long way from the shy, uncertain pup he once was. He's now full of joy, greeting every new day with excitement. He gets along well with dogs but can be indifferent with bigger dogs, and he would do best in a home where he gets lot of love and cuddles. She's a sweet pup but still a bit timid to start. She has made great progress and plays well with other dogs. She walks pretty well on leash but loud/sudden noises do spook her still. She will need more time to build up the confidence. She would do well with another dog at home to help her learn quickly and adjusts quicker. She is healthy, spayed, microchipped and vaccinated.

I'm a growing girl so it's estimated I could be between 60 to 70 lbs. as an adult. I'm a sweet, energetic little gal that is just learning about the world around me; I'm going to need help from my new forever family to gain confidence and learn how to be the best dog I can be. I'm a bit of a potato at the moment but in just a few weeks I will be full of energy and mischievous fun! We do our best to update our listings regularly, but we can’t guarantee every animal you see is still available.
