DOGS & CATS: Unless otherwise noted, they are compatible with calm dogs who are cat-friendly. They are also compatible with cat-friendly cats with similar energy levels. If interested in a cat/kitten with a higher energy level than your current cat, adopting a bonded pair is recommended to avoid upsetting your cat. Slow introduction to new dogs and cats, according to the Jackson Galaxy method, is important to ensure they get along. FLUFFY KITTIES: Adopters must have experience grooming long hair cats or be willing to take a quick class on YouTube about grooming long hair cats. TRANSPORT DETAILS: Kittens younger than 16 weeks: adopters can fly to Austin or San Antonio airports for pickup. Texas: cats over 14 weeks can travel along 1-35 or within 4 hours of San Antonio with a rescue partner for a small donation. Out of state: for cats over 14 weeks old, transport is available to most of the Southern states, plus CT, NY, PA, ME, NJ and a few other states for $175 per crate. If they get along and space permits, up to 2 cats or 4 kittens can share a crate, and cost will be split amongst adopters. 3 1/2 month old kitten needs a loving home. She was found as a stray as a baby, my mother took her in and has been taking care of her for the past 3 months. She has been fixed this week.

Fleur, like her name suggests, is as sweet and wholesome as a flower. She can be rather shy but she also craves attention. She doesn't always like to be held but she can withstand pets and kisses. She especially likes to cuddle with her friends Ziggi and Janis and prefers to be with other cats. She doesn't exhibit much 'tortitude' behavior. Instead of sass, she is sweet and pretty easygoing. She can be prone to hiding if overwhelmed too much.

Meet Bilbo the Adventure Cat! Bilbo was born approximately around April 16th, 2019, making him 5.5, almost 6 years old. He is an amazing, loving sweet man. We used to take him on hiking trips with us and he was always for it, or worse case, he would hitchhike a ride on your shoulders. I love this cat so much, but we recently had a daughter, and due to our new life style, I am no longer able to give Bilbo the amount of love and attention he rightfully deserves. He is an indoor cat except for when we had a catio for him or when he was on his leash and harness. He is neutered, litter box trained, but not up to date on shots. Again, Bilbo is such an amazing, loving cat; I really don’t want to get rid of him, but I have realized it’s selfish for me to keep him when I can’t properly care or provide for him.
