DOGS & CATS: Unless otherwise noted, they are compatible with calm dogs who are cat-friendly. They are also compatible with cat-friendly cats with similar energy levels. If interested in a cat/kitten with a higher energy level than your current cat, adopting a bonded pair is recommended to avoid upsetting your cat. He’s my best friend and I am devastated that I have to part with him. I can no longer afford rent in my current living situation and am head over heels in debt. I have no idea what my next living situation is going to be after my current lease expires, so my primary concern is to make sure my best friend is taken care of in a loving home. Sagan is a good boy and is very attached to me and will likely need a good amount of time to adjust and form a new bond in his new home. He is extremely intelligent, vocal, and loves to run around and play. He can be temperamental, and likely will be until he gets comfortable in his new home. He is well worth the time and investment and is incredibly loving when he is happy.

Meet Bear!He is a silly, playful kitty who is anything but shy. He loves to show off his cuteness by rolling around on his cat tree while you watch and give him pets. Bear likes playing with his siblings and is also partial to the foil ball cat toys. He does well with older cats as well, making him a great playmate for any feline friend! Bear enjoys keeping people company and providing a whole lot of laughs with his playful shenanigans. Bear is still very young and would not do well as an only kitty. This is Batman, he is approximately 8 months and was found my friend in her neighborhood. They couldn't keep him so i volunteered to take him in. I have had it for a few months, he has grown significantly and is a lot more confident then he was when I first got him. While at my friend's house he befriended another cat at the house but since coming into my care he has been on his own. I feel like he could do fine on his own but needs an owner that is at home more than I can be or another playmate. He's extremely shy in the beginning, his favorite hiding spot in my home is under my couch, his bat cave. It took him about a week to get used to me but once he got comfortable he showed how sweet he can be. He'll want to cuddle while watching TV or just be near you. He also loves to hunt lasers and streamers. He does like his alone time, mostly being out on the balcony, people watching or sunbathing. And if need be he can play on his own. I hope I can find him a forever home.

She plays well with other kittens, and lives with a 65lb German Shepherd too. Black cats are the least adopted color, please consider this sweet girl! I adopted my 4 year old cat from the San Marcos animal shelter this May and need to re home her. I travel too often and it's not fair to her. She has been fixed and is chipped. I paid for a lifetime membership on the chip and would want to transfer my info to the new owner if possible. She is an indoor cat only because that was a requirement of my apartment complex. She is super sweet and loves to sit in your lap and sleep next to you. I am offering everything that pertains to her at no cost. I have the litter, water and food containers, scratch post, play house, toys, food etc. I also have taken her to Petsmart and had her nails trimmed about 2 months ago.
