Story
Thelonious is a sweet, spunky cat with a big heart and a lot of personality. I got him as a friend for my dog and have spent nearly a year trying everything to help him adjust—but it’s clear he’s just not fully happy here. He deserves a home where he can truly thrive, and I think he’d do great as an indoor-outdoor cat with someone who has time to give him the love and attention he needs. He’s litter box trained, knows sit and shake, and is harness trained. He gives kisses, loves to cuddle, and has a silly side that’ll keep you laughing—though he can play a bit rough when he’s excited. He’ll come with everything he needs: automatic feeder, water fountain, XL litter box, pellet litter, toys, treats, food, harness and his favorite green glass heart bowl. He really is a great cat, he just needs the right person to bring out the best in him. ◡̈ (Also, turns out I’m a bit allergic, so it’s been a tough situation all around.)

Story
Luna is a Bombay/Maine Coon mix. Born on St Patrick's Day making her 9 weeks old. Shy yet very vocal, she requires time and her own space to fully become accustomed to her environment. Neither of which I'm able to truly give her. She requires close love and attention, even if she doesn't think so herself. Being one that grew up around cats I thought that a kitten would help quell the anxiety in a first responder job, but it only compounded the stress. I wish to do well in my job, helping those in my community. Which unfortunately means parting ways with Luna. I hate being the one that gives up, but I'm at my wit's end. No adoption fee. Luna is the one that needs the help.

Story
Affectionate, Calm, Trusting Meet Neighbor Tommy! This sweet boy has been around the block and is so ready to relax into a calm housecat life. He is instantly your friend and was already purring and rubbing his head against his fosters' hands before he was out of his carrier. For a cat who lived on the street before this, it's so heartwarming to see his trust and love shine out! Neighbor Tommy is also a champion flopper! Sometimes he gets up to alternate his flops toward different people just to get new pets. He loves to spend time using his people as a pillow in bed or on the couch and is a topnotch nap companion. And he absolutely loves conversations with his people - he will always meow back with his tiny little kitten voice! You can see more of Neighbor Tommy at his fosters' instagram: instagram.com/newlybuies He has a limp that is still being treated by the APA! medical team. He would do best in a calm home, since trying to run from exuberant animals or children would be difficult with his mobility. He currently takes some medication but otherwise is a happy boy living his life to the fullest. We would love to answer any questions you may have about his medical needs! Neighbor Tommy needs a soft place to land - could that be your home? Or even your arms? He would love to meet you! Reach out to us to set up a meet and greet. All APA! cats are fully vetted, spayed or neutered, and have updated vaccines and a microchip. Lifetime support is offered by our Cat Behavior Team.
