Velvet is a 10 year old female Bombay cat. She was a rescue and we got her when she was 6 months old. She is kind of shy at first but loves to sit on your lap or beside you. She loves sleeping with her humans. She was raised with other cats but are not used to kids as she was raised with her elderly owners.

I have an adorable 4y black, short-hair, cat with two white spots on her. Her name is Midnight Elvira. She is a very sweet, affectionate cat who loves cuddles and belly rubs and has been living with dogs since she was 4 months old. The issue I have with her, and the reason why I want to re-home her, is for the last 2 years she has been peeing and pooping outside of her litter box. Primarily on the dogs bed. I have had to move 4 times in about 2 years, and I am also about to begin a very intense college program in January and I recognize that these issues are probably triggering her behavior. I recognize that despite my efforts (i.e., talking to vets, fluoxetine, daily cleaning, two cat boxes, attractants, deterrents, etc.), she would be happier living with more stability, with someone who can provide a single cat house, or maybe even living with another cat. She likes being outside with me on my porch but is not fully an indoor/outdoor cat.

Bonnie and Clyde were found by the staff at a doctors office in Wilmington, NC- just hanging around begging for food. Seems thier mom had dropped them under a car there for safe keeping, but didn't come back. One of the staff members scooped them up an called us. Clyde was adopted as a kitten, but turned in to a shelter years later. They said they took in an elderly family member who is allergic to cats. We wish they would have called us first, per our adoption agreement, but Clyde is now safe in foster care. We will give him time to decompress, get his vetting up to date, then he will be ready for a forever home. All cats and kittens from Feline Matchmakers Inc. have age appropriate vaccinations, are fixed, tested for communicable diseases, fleas, worms, parasites and are microchipped. We rescued this sweet girl from a home that was going to throw her out on the street if nobody could get her. She loves cuddles and pets, and likes to play. Unfortunately we have an emergency moving situation and we are attempting to rehome her as fast as we can, within a week to 2 weeks. She DOES have seperation anxiety, but with time, love, and a lot of patience she is one of the sweetest babies you will ever meet.

Hello, Eli was adopted from the Forsyth County Humane Society in Oct 2024. Eli is about 3 months old and has been sprayed/neutered already. He will need his next Rabie shot in about 4 weeks. Eli is very playful and is extremely well with kids. He is curious and active and loves to cuddle. Eli likes to play with toys and explore new objects. This would be a great pet if you have a family with kids. Unfortunately, we can not keep Eli due to an allergy concern but he deserves a loving home.

Mimi is a 1.5 years old. She started out as a foster kitten when I adopted her. Mimi grew up with dogs, cats, and small kids. She loves to run around, play and explore her surroundings. Mimi doesn’t like to be picked up but she loves to be loved on and cuddled. She will play with any little thing she finds. Mimi would benefit being adopted into a house with other cats to play with, she isn’t used to being alone.
