Story
I adopted Eddie a year ago from another owner who was taking care of him in his garage. Eddie seemed like a nice cat when I met him at first. He was even friendly with my kids. When I found out that the owner of this cat was looking for a new owner, an owner that can bring him inside the house, I jumped at the chance because he seemed like a good cat. He would be the perfect cat for someone who does not have any kids. He is cuddly and very vocal. He will hiss or swipe at kids because they are unpredictable or he feels threatened. I have had him for a year and my kids do not play with him or pet him. I cannot keep him since I feel like he is a danger to my kids and my future child. But I do want a perfect home for him. He can be a good cat, he just needs a home that is right for him.

Story
Pitch is a handsome, smart, fixed, young adult, male cat who needs a home where he can feel secure. He does not spray, comes when you call him, uses the litter box like a gentleman, and is very respectful of my other indoor cat! He doesn’t scratch furniture, (loves his scratch post, though!). and likes to talk to tell you what’s on his mind! He’s a good boy! We believe he was dumped or neglected/abandon since he showed up terrified of humans, (I trapped him to get him fixed, thinking he was feral). He also had abscessed teeth (got removed), and a painful jawbone infection that is now all cleared up. He was very hungry! He now sees that not all humans are bad, and does not want to go back on the streets! Why I cannot keep him is too much to post, but happy to share with an interested adopter. (Basically my other cat is protesting!). Not Pitch’s fault! He will make someone a loyal, enjoyable companion. We saved his life, now he just needs someone to provide him a home.

Story
My pet is a rescue cat, her name is Monkae (Monk-Aye) Monkae has a very bubbly and eccentric personality. Very affectionate and needy as well. She constantly follows me around the house and at any interval that you take a seat, rest, or crouch down. She will immediately demand pets or for you to play. When you come home from work she will come up to you and welcome you home with love and demands for pets! Aside from all of that, Monkae does well with other cats. But hasn't had much interaction with dogs. So I'm unaware how she may handle them. She is skittish at first when meeting new people. But once she bonds with you she'll be your best friend/needy pet for a lifetime!

Story
Shadow was found as a stray in Austin, Texas in 2014 and we suspect she was about 1yo at the time, making her about 11yo now. She made the move with us to Colorado Springs in 2019. She has been healthy the whole time and had her shots in TX prior to leaving. She has been with my mother for the last 3 years, but mom is moving to Georgia and can not take her. Shadow and dogs don't mix well (she hides mostly) and so we need to find her a forever home with someone who loves a cat in their lap :). Shadow loves her belly rubs. For the last few years she has been an indoor cat, but is capable of venturing outside. She is not an aggressive cat, although she definitely is independent at times. We would love for her to have space to roam around the house and attention throughout the day. She would be purrfect for a retired senior like herself. Preferred adoption within Colorado Springs, but will bring her to the right applicant. All current supplies and food shared too.
