Story
Blue is a 13-year-old, 12lb black/grey Miniature Poodle. Blue might be an older pup but that doesn't stop him from being the ultimate love bug. Due to him being older, Blue does have cataracts and vision problems, so he will need someone patient who can help guide him. He does wear a belly band to minimize any marking but doesn't mind wearing them to keep your house clean! Blue is leash trained and doesn't really like the crate, but he will go in it, he just prefers to be on his person's lap! He loves treats and affection. If you think you can give Blue a happy home for the rest of his life, please apply online at www.crisisdogsnc.org. Comprehensive details are provided in the dog's description. To ensure a smooth process, please submit a completed application through our website at: http://crisisdogsnc.org/dog-adoption/. Please note that questions via email or social media channels may not receive a response without a completed application. As part of our commitment to responsible adoption practices, we require excellent veterinarian references and conduct virtual home visits. Additionally, your prior or current dog must be on year-round heartworm prevention. We provide transportation by both land and air whenever feasible. All assessments regarding breed and age are conducted by licensed veterinarians. We look forward to assisting you in finding your perfect canine companion!November 5, 2024, 1:27 pm

Story
Pappie is 2 years old and 16.5 lbs Papillon mix. This happy boy is full of love and energy! If you are looking for a loving, playful pup, Pappie is the one for you! He is very devoted to his people and has never met a stranger. He loves going on walks in his neighborhood and meeting new people. He is great with dogs and loves playing with his doggie buddies in the backyard. He is the cutest jumpy and bouncy little boy who is full of energy and will make you smile with his cute, playful antics! He is learning about boundaries and not to jump up on people. He's just such a lover so he wants to make sure everyone knows how happy he is all the time! He would love to find a home with a fenced in yard where he has a doggie sibling that loves to play too. He can be more submissive when he plays so being around another considerate, patient pup would be best for him. He is great on a leash, potty trained, and is currently being crate trained. If this energetic little cutie pie sounds like a match for you, apply to meet him today! Comprehensive details are provided in the dog's description. Story
Coconut is a 6 year old, 10 lb. Poodle Miss Coconut is the ultimate "Bestie". She will be your "ride-or-die" and follow you everywhere you go! Coconut takes to her person and makes her devotion known by sitting with you, following you, loving you, and staking her claim on you! With Coconut in your life, you will never be lonely again. She also loves to play dress up and will happily let you buy her all sorts of fun clothes to model! She is playful too and would love to play with... you guessed it... you! She does love fetch and balls are her favorite toy, so be sure to have some on hand!
