Story
This incredibly handsome boy is Jerry, a 6 to 7 year old Bluetick Coonhound. He came to rescue as a stray in September 2024, likely after dedicating many years of service to hunting. It seems he's lost his enthusiasm for tracking prey and is now ready for long walks and resting on a soft sofa somewhere safe and warm. He is a solidly built hound who is alert and observant in his environment, making him an ideal candidate for training. Yes - older dogs CAN learn new tricks! Jerry loves people and is friendly with dogs of all sizes. He's up-to-date on all required shots, is neutered, and is ready to find his forever home before the chill of Winter sets in. Could Jerry be your new best friend? Ask us how we can make that happen! Upon request, additional photos and videos of Jerry interacting with people and other dogs can be made available.

Story
Gypsy, or Gypsy Rose as some of the Saving Webster volunteers like to call her, is a solidly built, 4 to 5 year old Bluetick Coonhound. She has gorgeous markings and a perfect build, causing us to think she may be a purebred hound. Gypsy is both people and dog friendly. She enjoys playing with other dogs and with toys, and she LOVES treats! She is motivated to earn those precious treats which makes her a wonderful candidate for future training. Gypsy is up-to-date on all required shots, is spayed, and is ready for her forever home. Upon request, additional photos and videos of Gypsy interacting with people and other dogs can be made available.
