Meet Rosey (Rosemary)! 🐾 Rosey is a sweet 2-year-old, 45-lb Catahoula Leopard Dog / Bluetick Hound mix looking for her forever home. She was rescued in January after spending most of her life in a small kennel with her sibling, and she’s been making wonderful progress ever since. Rosey is spayed, up to date on vaccines, and on flea prevention. She’s learning quickly and is doing well with potty training (a doggie doorbell really helps!). She also does fine with potty pads. Her personality is truly special—she’s a total cuddle bug, very loyal, gentle, and eager to please. She can be a little shy at first, but once she feels safe, her sweet and silly side comes out and she loves to smile. Rosey does well with calm, non-aggressive dogs, but she may also thrive as an only dog where she can soak up all the love. She would do best in a home with a secure fence or someone willing to leash walk her, as she can be a bit of a climber. She will come with some of her favorite toys and a month of flea prevention to help her settle into her new home. MEET JINX! Jinx is a stunning and well mannered 1 year-old bluetick coonhound! Jinx was adopted from the shelter a year ago and was brought back due to her family facing unforseen personal hardship. Because she was living with a family and other dogs, Jinx is very social and potty trained. She also sleeps great in her kennel. Jinx is very friendly with people but is not clingy. She also likes other dogs and is getting along great with the smaller dogs at her foster home. It is hard to talk about Jinx without mentioning her beauty. She has hazel eyes and the prettiest red and blue ticking - she is everything a true hound lover could ever want. We think you get the picture! Jinx is a total catch and ready for her perfect home! Meet Bronco! Bronco is an amazing pup, estimated to be between 1–2 years old, and he’s still very much in that playful puppy phase. Curious about everything, he loves exploring the world around him and discovering new sights, smells, and adventures. Bronco gets along wonderfully with other dogs and currently has three foster siblings he enjoys playing and lounging with throughout the day. He is also potty trained, and he is currently working on becoming fully kennel trained. This sweet boy is quite the talker—Bronco loves to express himself with silly grumbles, playful barks, and funny little sounds, especially when he’s excited or vying for attention. He has a big personality and an even bigger heart. While he can be a bit skittish at first and sometimes thinks he’s in trouble when you approach, he is quickly learning that people can be kind and gentle. Each day, he grows more confident, more trusting, and more affectionate. In the evenings, Bronco enjoys curling up on a cozy dog bed, and he’ll occasionally trot over to give you a soft “boop” as his sweet way of asking for pets. He also has great protective instincts—if he hears a strange noise outside, he’ll be the first to investigate and alert his people. Bronco is well on his way to becoming a loyal, loving, and devoted companion. With continued patience, reassurance, and love, he will blossom into the incredible dog he is meant to be. He’s ready to find a forever family to adore and protect. Bronco is being fostered in a home in Seguin, TX but can be transported to the PNW and NE United States after adoption. Sadly, Merle is both deaf and visually impaired, which makes navigating the world confusing and sometimes overwhelming. Without patient guidance, he may bump into things, but what he lacks in senses, he makes up for in spirit.Merle is still an active, fun-loving boy who enjoys training (especially when treats are involved!) and is eager to learn with someone who understands his unique needs. He’ll need help polishing his manners and building confidence, but he does try—and that effort is part of his charm.Because of his disabilities, Merle struggles with other dogs and will need to be the only pet in the home.
