Story
Sapphire is a gorgeous 2.5 year old who loves people, other dogs and overall, just loves to play. She RARELY barks. Very quiet in general. Shes an incredibly loving companion and always eager to go on adventures and meet new people. She loves going for rides, walks, playing keep-away with toys, fetching and just chilling on the couch with us. Im looking for either a family who wants a fun and loving dog to be part of their home where Sapphire will always have at least someone to be around and provide her with love and attention or an experienced dog owner who craves spending time with their companion. This is important because I want her to be happy. She is very food motivated but behaves and never snatches food or tries to take anything without permission. Because of this, shell be easy to develop her existing training leaning on that strategy. It also speaks to her lack of pickiness with various human food treats sometimes.

Story
Meet Chubster!! He came in as a stray on 11/24/24. We think he is about 8 years old. When Chubster went in for his neuter, they discovered several tumors and his health has been declining. At this point, we are looking for a hospice home for him. He is a friendly guy who would love to be a part of your family. Chubster was tested with male dogs. We did test him with cats and he will need a home without!! Chubster is neutered, current on rabies and lyme/heartworm negative. He is available for adoption so hurry in to meet him! Chubster is located at the Richland County Dog Shelter in Mansfield, OH Phone is 419-774-5892 It is an application process. You can request one via dogs@richlandcountyoh.gov
