Story
Meet Vendetta Red! Vendetta Red is a sweet and loving six year old, 48 pound southern Redtick Coonhound with a heart full of affection. Having been a mother several times, she’s a nurturing soul who gets along wonderfully with everyone—children, men, women, and other dogs. This well-mannered girl is crate-trained, house-trained, and does well on walks. Vendetta Red’s favorite pastimes include snoozing on the sofa, curling up in your bed, or sniffing around the kitchen while you cook. She has a low to moderate energy level and loves staying close to her person, always eager to be your loyal companion. She also enjoys chewing on a good bone and is perfectly content with regular dry food. Vendetta Red is a fantastic dog ready to bring her calm, loving presence into her forever home! Vendetta Red is currently being fostered in Elizabeth, NJ. Her adoption fee is $425. To adopt this animal, please visit https://www.louieslegacy.org/adopt All of our animals come spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, are microchipped, heartworm negative, current on flea/tick and heartworm prevention, dewormed, and treated for any ailments found upon veterinary examination. The adoption fee covers a portion of these services, and makes it possible for us to continue rescuing animals. For more information on the adoption fees and the adoption process, please complete our adoption application here: https://www.louieslegacy.org/adopt - an application allows us to get to know your family better so we can assess whether the animal you are interested in is a good match for your home. An application does not obligate you to adopt. Please understand that due to the volume of applications some animals receive, we are unable to contact all applicants. If your application is considered a good fit for the animal you are interested in, or even a different pet, a volunteer will give you a call as soon as possible. We are a foster based rescue and do not have a shelter location where animals can be seen during the week. Please see our Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/LouiesLegacy for our weekly adoption album if you are interested in meeting an animal in person. Not all animals attend every adoption event, please check our Facebook page for animal event times and locations before you make a trip to meet a specific animal.

. Harvey is our resident love bug. He wants nothing more than ear scratches and belly rubs. Harvey will nudge you ever so gently to get your attention for more rubs. He has good leash manners and enjoys going on walks. Harvey also enjoys jogging with his human companions. He would do best in a home where he is the one and only. He is selfish and wants all the loving for himself. Harvey would do best in a home with older kids. He is crate trained and house trained.  He is part blue tick hound which gives him a cute, unique barkish howl.  Make Harvey your companion for life.  Harvey is up to date on vaccinations, microchipped and altered.Harvey is located in Harper, Texas but can be transported to any location in the US or Canada for adoption. ##1499366##
