Story
Hello friends! Did you click on my picture because of my unique name or because of how cute I am? Maybe both? Well, my cuteness will never change, but you are, of course, free to change my name; I don’t really know it anyway. What I do know is, I really love being warm and cozy in a house. I suppose I should say, cool and cozy since it’s hot outside. Minnesota is sure not as hot as Alabama where I am from. I was found running down the street, a stray in Corinth, AL. A nice older couple stopped and called to me. I wasn’t sure about them since I’m a bit scared of new people, but I jumped in the back of their car and they took me to a shelter. Now I’m in Minnesota living with two resident dogs, and six humans. They have a nice fenced-in yard in which to play. Although I haven’t played too much since I'm still a bit overwhelmed by lots of things. If the humans make sudden or loud movements, I run away. However, I am not scared of the thing my human calls a vacuum. Weird, huh? Speaking of vacuums, I am a bit of a vacuum myself, in terms of dog food that is. My foster mama gives me my meals, and I eat it all up, like a vacuum. I’m so happy to have food, shelter, and someone taking such good care of me. I have a bed to sleep on in a nice kennel. I sometimes go in the kennel to sleep all on my own, but other times, my foster mama kinda tricks me into going in by tossing a few treats in there. When she shuts the door I whine for a bit, but not long because I know I am safe and loved. I wasn’t sure about these people at first, but I am slowly warming up to them. It takes me some time to trust, but trust I will if you promise to love me, feed me, pet me, and snuggle me. --------------------------------------------All our Warrior Dogs will have all age appropriate medical care and vaccines, a microchip, and spayed/neutered if the dog is over 6 months of age at the time of adoption. Please note that the majority of our dogs in rescue are from shelters where they have been found as strays or abandoned. Their breed description is based on our very best educated guess based on physical characteristics and their dispositions. If they came to our rescue as an owner surrender, the breed description will be listed as provided by the previous owner.Adoption Fee - $400To apply for this pup, please submit an Adoption Application at http://warriordogrescue.com/adopt/adoption-application/
