Meet Mikayla, a young, sweet, friendly, gentle, playful, and smart dog. Her personality is as bright as a summer's day, radiating warmth and joy to everyone she meets. Mikayla recently stepped into the role of motherhood, handling her new responsibilities with grace and patience. She did a great job raising her pups, by giving them lots of love and attention and now that they are ready for their fur-ever homes, it's Mikayla's turn for happiness. She has a heart that seems to know no bounds, extending her love to other dogs, cats, and children. She can be cautious around some dogs and may need a slow introduction. She may bark at other dogs while on leash. Mikayla is crate trained and needs a little work on housetraining and walking on the leash. Playful yet gentle, Mikayla is the perfect blend of fun and tranquility. She is a smart girl and basic group training classes are recommended to help her learn commands, socialize with other humans and dogs, as well as build that fur-ever bond with you! Her heart is as big as her personality, and she is ready to share it with a family who will cherish her as much as she will cherish them. An adoption donation is required for each adoption; please see HERE for more information about this.
