Story
Atlas came from Georgia as a purebred hunting dog but we don’t hunt, we just hike and camp. He’s 8 years old, soon to be 9 in April. He’s lived indoors but has always enjoyed the outdoors more. In a new home, I’d love to see someone with some space or land allow him to free roam a little more within whatever boundaries you set up. He’s never been on an electric fence but that might be a good option. He’s house trained if needed but doesn’t like to be confined within spaces. He’s very much free spirited. I’m needing to re home him because I’m moving in with my girlfriend who has a cat and we’re very busy. Atlas does not do well with cats at all. His instincts are profound and his nose leads him into mischief.
