Story
This pup will be available to meet starting 3/28! This sweet girl has a soft, dainty nature and a calm presence that makes her incredibly easy to love. Trisha is a bit of a sensitive soul who is still building her confidence, but her sweetness shines through in everything she does. She is submissive, easygoing, and takes comfort in the company of other dogs. She does wonderfully with dogs of all sizes and would truly thrive in a home with another dog or two to help guide her and make her feel safe as she continues to blossom. She has a low energy personality so far and enjoys a quieter, more relaxed lifestyle. Trisha walks nicely on leash, does great in her kennel, and is an easy companion to have around. She is the kind of dog who doesn’t ask for much, just kindness, patience, and a place where she can feel secure. With time, love, and a stable home, Trisha will continue to grow into the confident and loving companion she is meant to be. She is ready to leave shelter life behind and find a cozy home where she can finally relax, feel safe, and be cherished. If you’re looking for a gentle, sweet, and easygoing girl to share your home and your heart with, Trisha is ready to be your quiet little shadow and loyal best friend.  Trisha was rescued from a shelter in New Mexico. Meet and greets are by appointment only.  An approved application is required to schedule a meeting. Check out our events page for upcoming open adoption events! We have no additional back story or update for this dog at this time.  When we do, it will be updated here.  This is all the information we have currently. Approved Applicants may make the adoption fee payment by clicking donate above.  Partial adoption fees will not hold a dog. If upon meeting the dog of your choosing at your scheduled pickup time you find that you aren't a good match, your deposit will be fully refunded. Adoption fees include vaccines up until time of adoption, microchip, spay/neuter and 1st 30 days of free pet insurance.  We are not affiliated with MetLife pet insurance. (you have to sign up for the insurance or it will not go into effect).  Adoption fees help cover the medical care of the animals while he or she waits for a new home, as well as food and transportation costs. These fees help to provide care for the other animals in the shelter or rescue group who may have medical bills that are much higher than any possible adoption fee. The money also acts as a donation to help support the organization as a whole, allowing the group to continue its efforts to rescue and rehome pets. The dogs in our care are fostered in Colorado, Texas, and New Mexico.  While all dogs are picked up during our scheduled times, sometimes transport dates change due to unforeseen circumstances.   More questions?  Read our FAQs here: https://4p4l.org/faqs/  Breed labels are a "best guess" by a shelter veterinarian and cannot be guaranteed.  ##2687534##
