Story
This big, handsome guy is Spot. Not only is he handsome, but he is also strong and athletic and good natured. His giant smile will light up a room and will make you smile as well. He will thrive in a family plenty of exercise and lots of love. A home with a big yard, or some land and maybe a friend to play with, would be perfect. He loves to play in the exercise pen with the big Jolly ball. He is great with and all people. Despite his size, he walks well on a leash and LOVES his long walks. He would be perfect walking partner. He is a dog walker favorite and a mannerly sidekick Spot 2-1/2 years old Spot is possibly a Catahoula mix weighing about 80 pounds but needs to shed a few pounds. Spot is a great boy that has been with us for far too long. He deserves to spend the holidays as a loved member of a new family. You can apply on line at www.hsvawl.org by completing the Adoption Application on the home page.November 5, 2024, 5:20 am

Story
Bob is a 4-1/2 years-old Treeing Coonhound, weighing about 50 lbs. He is a happy camper and goes with the flow. He has the best social skills and friendly to everyone he meets, dogs and people. Boone walks well on a leash on the left side of his person and can walk 3 to 5 miles a day so he would like a new family that will walk him. He is housetrained and crate trained and would love a fenced yard to spend time in. He is just a happy and laid-back guy. It doesn't hurt that he's handsome too! He would be a great addition to any family. You can apply on line at www.hsvawl.org by completing the Adoption Application on the home page.November 5, 2024, 5:20 am
