Story
CARTER Carter is a 3–4-year-old, 77-pound, sweet, snuggly hound boy! By DNA, he is roughly equal parts bluetick, redbone, treeing walker and Plott hounds. Even though he looks and sounds like a bloodhound, he does not have any bloodhound in him and his personality is all coonhound! So, if you love coonhounds, you can get almost all of them in one package with Carter! Carter lives in a foster home with male and female dogs, and gets along well. He is unknown with cats. He does not have the best leash skills. The good news is that he has gone to training for this and has gotten MUCH better at not pulling so much! Carter needs a 30-40 minute walk every day to stay happy and healthy. He loves the water and will take a dip in even a small tub of water! His only issue is with containment. He can climb his foster mom’s 5-foot “no-climb” ranch fencing. He can most likely get over any 5-foot fence. It is unknown if he can climb a 5-foot BLOCK wall. For his safety, he would do best in a home with a 5-6-foot block wall AND 5-6-foot gates. If interested in Carter, his foster mom will discuss fencing options with you. Carter is also a door darter, so he will need to go to a home with older children who know not to leave gates and doors open. He is also jumpy and a bit mouthy, so he can knock down little kiddos. We are looking for a hound-experienced adopter with secure containment, and children 12 or older for our big, sweet hound boy. If you are interested in adopting Carter, please go to our website and fill out an application https://docs.google.com/.../1SnhudHYFJaPfZyCeKy36.../edit, and his foster mom will be in touch with you. Carter’s adoption fee is $300.00. Beagle Rescue, SoAZBR is an all-volunteer group. One hundred percent of your donation is used for the care and treatment needy beagles. Your donation is 100% tax deductible, too. We URGENTLY need fosters so we can help save more dogs. If you can help, please contact us. Story
📣📣. SPOTS NEEDS A FOSTER!! 📣📣 Looking for a foster or adoptive home for this beautiful boy! “Spots” was founded dumped at a construction site taking care of a puppy and a young female. They were all taken in and rescued by one of our local partners. The others have since been adopted while Spots is still waiting for his perfect home. 💔💔 He is located in Douglas Az. 1-2 years old. Spots is a fun, happy, lovable guy said would do great in an active home in where he can get ample exercise and love! He is good with other dogs, not sure about cats. 🤔 Spots loves all kids but is a bit bulky and could accidently bump into them or knock them over, so older kids would be best. He has lived outside his entire life, so he would need some time to adjust and learn ”house” rules. He comes with a training package @thecompletecanine to get him and the adoptive family off on the right foot! * 1-2 years old 🗓️ * Neutered * About 50 pounds ⚖️ * UTD on shots 💉 * Dog friendly 🐶💞🐶 * Fun and playful 🤸⚾⛹️‍♀️ * Microchipped * Comes with a training package @theconpletecanine 🏋️‍♀️ To meet Call ☎️ or Text 🤳: 520-850-6699 Email: pawswithoutbordersus@gmail.com
