`Levi arrived without any history, so lucky him, he`s landed a foster home so we can find out all about his best traits. Besides being a great cuddly, playful companion and family member, check out what we’ve learned:~~ First off, he’s a perfect medium size of less than 40lbs, ideal for many home types~~Levi’s personality is described as “smart and sensitive”, he wants to please his people and that means he can adapt and learn new things easily~~Levi has done well in one living arrangement with another dog and passes dogs outside nicely~~Levi is able to manage a long day between potty breaks. He also knows how to use a doggie door if you have one. If he`ll be left alone long periods, he`ll appreciate his new people understanding that he needs to know you, as his new people, will be coming back when you leave him, and as with all new fur family members, please plan to allow an adjustment period for him to learn this and the new routines in your place ~~Levi loves walks and runs and if you do too, he’ll be happy to oblige you. He loves walks so much he may get a little zoomie in afterward. He’s calm on a leash but please excuse him if he gets a little starry-eyed for squirrels, which leads in this…~~His fav toy is a tree trunk with 3 stuffed squirrels tucked inside that he can dig out and toss around ~~Levi has been in cat training and he’s undecided if he wants a feline as a fur sibling so check in for updatesAre you ready to fall in love all over again? AUSTIN METRO AREA ADOPTIONS ONLY Happy-go-lucky GUS! Gus is a gentle soul. He is a possible heeler mix with a husky blend (?) that was rescued from a rural kill shelter. He grew up in our rescue's ranch, first as a puppy and now he is a young adult. Please, please do not pass him by. He prefers non-dominant play mates and the ladies are his favorite ("wink"). He still acts like a puppy, as he loves to come up to you for pats and snuggles. Look at his million watt smile!! He is so happy just to be near people and he is eager to please. He LOVES treats and this is just great, as he is definitely food-motivated and will be easier to train. He will need an active family who will take him on walks and runs. One who does not mind brushing up on his training, as he is used to being in a kennel environment, running around with the other rescued dogs. But we want him to thrive with his own snuggly bed, home, and a human family. He may need some more leash training but he is smart and willing. A fenced backyard will be great, as he is happiest exploring and chasing squirrels. Gus’s adoption fee of $350.00 includes his Vet exam, current vaccinations, heart worm test, preventative, fecal test, wormer, neuter and microchip.

Zeke is seeking his furever home! This boy's tail has not stopped wagging since he entered his foster home. He's such a happy-go-lucky guy that gives sweet kisses and warm cuddles. He also loves to run around and play in typical puppy fashion, so a home with a fenced in yard would be the ideal fit for Zeke. Also because he's a young puppy, we are recommending children over 5 as young kids can sometimes overwhelm young puppies (and vice versa). Zeke is going to make such an amazing addition to his furever home, you gotta check this guy out!
