Marlow is just a very happy hound. He is very smart and loves rough play with his friends. Marlow is very smart and can jump high in the air. He also hasn't met a dog he doesn't want to play with. Marlow can be sensitive and needs lots of love. Marlow has separation anxiety and would do best living in a home with other dogs. Do you love Marlow? Story
Hazel is 5.5 years old; she's been my shadow for 4 of those years. I adopted her from a shelter when she was 1.5, having been surrendered by someone who had other dogs Hazel didn't get along with. She'd bitten one of the dogs (as a fear response, per the previous owner). She was incredibly shy and skittish (still kind of is), but her personality blossomed into a smart dog who can also be stubborn and often bossy (she likes to be in charge). She's still anxious (medicated) and is likely to bond strongly with 1 person. She's very attached to me and has come to treat me like a resource, leading to aggression toward other humans. We had to move into a much smaller space and I think this exacerbated her anxiety and stress, amplifying those issues. I hope Hazel can find a loving home with one or two people who have experience with cattle dogs, time for positive behavioral modification training, and have space for her to expend her energy and thrive. She's also a great napper and loves toys.
