What she lacks in confidence she gives back with one of the sweetest demeanors we’ve had the pleasure of knowing. This unsure girl looks to her humans to give her the guidance she’s lacking and she trusts with her whole heart. Shes looking for that perfect adopter who’s willing to give their heart in return. Scotch found herself picked up as a stray by our county shelter. She lingered for almost a month. Shy dogs don’t fare well in a shelter setting. They tend to stay towards the back of their kennels rather than rushing forward to greet potential adopters and this means they are rarely noticed and even more rarely picked for adoption. Dogs like Scotch need the time rescue can give them to find the perfect home. We know we can help Scotch find hers. If you’re looking for the kind of dog who intertwines with your soul Scotch is ready to fill that void. She’d love a quiet and calm home willing to give her the time she needs to be comfortable. Canine buddies should be calm and respectful and she’d prefer older children who understand boundaries. This girl isn’t about the crazy energy of the youngsters and would be happiest with a mellow family. Can you give her a family to love? She has so much love to give.
