Dakota is a gorgeous black-mouth cur/boxer mix, around 5 years old and was owner surrendered in August 2024 due to family issues and no fault of Dakota’s. Sadly, she had no place to go except the shelter, so Bridget’s Pet Resort stepped up to foster her. However, after three months in boarding, Dakota is not thriving. She is a big people dog and enjoys cuddles. She urgently needs a home with someone to love her and provide her with a loving home. Dakota is very well behaved and at five years old, she is in the prime of her life. She is past the puppy stage and perfect for someone who does not want to go through training. Dakota wants to please people and is totally potty and kennel trained. She knows all basic commands and will make a fantastic loving pet for anyone lucky enough to get her. DAISY and POPPY ARE SIBLINGS. All abandoned in the country. There were originally three and one was adopted on her own. We have had these precious girls many months now, with plenty of opportunities to watch their interactions and play style. While, in general, we do NOT recommend adopting siblings, these two have proven to be the exception to the rule. They LOVE each other and have never, ever had a raised lip, a side-eyed look, a growl or anything else. We would really love for them to be adopted together. HOWEVER, WE WILL CONSIDER ADOPTING THEM SEPARATEY. All the girls are very smart, but Poppy is also the LOVE BUG! She is either kissing you, wagging, or falling down for you to rub her tummy. If Poppy were in high school she would be a cheerleader and probably Queen of the Prom. Her personality is a wonderful match to Daisy's low key independence. Meet Jade! Miss Jade was found at a homeless camp in Dallas she had just had 9 puppies days before. Some good samaritans helped get all of her puppies out from under some rubble. All but two have been adopted Jett and Kin are still available . JJade is now ready for her forever home. Its very clear shes been a street dog most her life, she's weary of people at first but warms up. She likes her crate, is house trained surprisingly enough, good with dogs of all sizes and ages. Shes learning how to be a dog! She likes butt scratches once she knows you wont hurt her Jade is a mix of all things, true hinze 57. 35lb full grown About 1- 1/2 years old She would do best in a house with a confident dog or 2. Unsure about young children but given her circumstances we would say older children only at this time. Need slow, patience intros with men shes better if they are sitting till she gets to know them.
