He’s an affectionate dog who enjoys cuddling up after a fun day of play. Growing up with his sister, Harmony (a German Shepherd who recently passed away), Blue developed a strong bond with his sibling and loved playing with her. Although he’s naturally curious, Blue is a bit cautious around unfamiliar dogs at first, but he quickly warms up after a few sniffs and becomes a gentle, friendly companion. Blue does have a minor chewing habit, but it’s well managed with his toys, keeping his playful energy focused on appropriate outlets. With his soft nature and his love for both fun and snuggles, Blue would make a wonderful addition to a family that can give him the attention and love he craves. He is seeking a home where he can continue to explore, play, and form strong bonds just like he did with his sister. Hi, I’m Spruce! I’m a 3 1/2 month old mixed puppy and will likely be a smaller medium size dog. I absolutely love other dogs! I am a chewer, but only when you hand me something to chew on! My favorite has to be stuffed toys or bones at the moment. I’m currently in a household with cats, and I’m not too sure how to feel about them, but for now I keep a distance so they don’t get mad at me (they’re kind of scary but I want to be friends with them!) I love being outside and rolling in the grass and now that my cast is off I can run and play with everyone. I love love love people, but I am shy for the first few minutes with a new person. As much as I need play buddies, toddlers don’t seem to understand what I’m trying to say and they can be a little frustrating, I much prefer kids who are old enough to know how to play right and know to respect boundaries! I have had Harley Quinn since she was 13 weeks old. She is a wonderful dog who lives for her tennis ball. She i very well-mannered and loves to cuddle. Her favorite thing to do is play fetch. Just throw the ball and she will bring it back for you to throw over and over. She is great with kids and mis loved by everyone who meets her. She loves long car rides and sticking her head out the window. Quinny loves to be around people as long as she has her ball. She sleeps, eats, goes outside, goes to the bathroom with her ball. However, she does not get upset if you don't play fetch. Just tell her "not now" and she will go lay down. She only barks when someone comes to the door but will greet them once you let them in. She was raised with a house full of kids and loves to play. She is a wonderful dog. 😊
