Hi I’m Percy! I am a 6 year old mixed breed that was originally adopted in El Paso Texas in 2020. The reason I am looking to be rehomed is I am very protective and bit a dog trying to get under my fence. I need more attention and training, which my current family isn’t able to provide at this time as we welcomed a new child into our home 1 year ago. I love my kid brother, but unsure how I react with other children. I also live with a dog brother but I am unpredictable with stranger dogs. I am typically a very loving boy with minimal issues, but I can be a handful from time to time. I am completely house trained and can use a doggie door. I am also proficient in all basic commands. I am looking for a new home where I can be the center of attention as I am not good with stranger pets. I can be energetic so I need a family that likes to be active, but I am also good for an awesome cuddle session on the couch. I am truly a very loving dog looking for a new loving family.

This is Vinnie! He is a 1 year old Black Mouth Cur, and he is such a handsome little gentleman. Vinnie was rescued a few months ago by my brother from a university. At the time he was owned by a group of college students, however it was not a suitable environment to raise a puppy. I have been watching him since, but unfortunately my work schedule and living situation force me to look to rehome him. Vinnie is potty trained, knows how to sit, and is currently learning how to lie down. This puppy is one of the most affectionate dogs I have ever seen. He can sometimes be a bit timid when going to new places or meeting new people, but quickly settles in. He is very smart, loyal and affectionate; Vinnie will cuddle/sleep with you all day long and be as active as you like. At the dog park, he is always very sociable and loves to be chased around. Although Vinnie hasn't met any cats or children in my time with him, his gentle personality leads me to believe they would get along great.

At just 1 year 3 months old, he's full of youthful energy and potential. His stunning red-brown coat and gentle demeanor make him stand out, yet like too many others, he finds himself without a home. Despite his size, Dan is incredibly sweet and just a tad shy. He has done very nicely on all his dog meetings and loves going for walks but a loud kennel environment can be scary. Once he makes it past the initial challenge of leaving the noisy kennel, a few treats and kind encouragement make it easier, he is great on outdoor adventures. His eyes light up and his tail wags with joy as he explores the world around him. 🐾🌲🌞❣️ Like all our dogs, we are determined to find Little Dan a loving, cozy home where he can thrive.
