Here's what my shelter friends said about me: "Omg this boy was so sweet in his kennel. When i approached he did the smallest petite tail wags ever. Once I got him on leash and started walking he was a bit hesitant but once he got going we walked to the run. In the run he was basically a stage 5 clinger. He wanted to be in my lap and attached to my leg. He's a boy who needs his human and just wants to be by their side. He didn't care for treats and just wanted all the pets possible. He was unphased by all dogs in passing!"

adoption donation : $699 weight 18 lbs Age: 3 months  as of 8/25   Meet our adorable Andy Griffith puppies—Andy, Barney, Thelma Lou, Helen and Aunt Bea—these are adorable, sweet and gentle puppies that were found as strays in a rural town outside of Tupelo Mississippi. W.A.G.S. took them in and the two boys and three girls have thrived, spending their days romping and playing together and then snuggling in a great big puppy pile to nap.   The puppies are all fully vaccinated and available to travel from Mississippi to loving homes the weekend after Labor Day.   Andy was a little shy at first, but has come out of his shell, now he is just as friendly and active as his sister. He loves toys and bones and get along great with all the dogs at the rescue. Andy is doing well potty training but will need additional guidance while he adjusts to a new home. Like any puppy Andy needs a family dedicated to giving him the structure and training he needs to grow up to be the very good boy we know he can be.      Wags is a struggling 501(c) 3 where one woman in rural Mississippi takes care of about 150 homeless and stray dogs. Wags desperately need to raise funds to help the sick and older dogs at the rescue. Adoption donations are the only source of funding for the rescue. Adoption fee includes the transport from Mississippi, vaccines, microchip and spay and neuter at one of the clinics we use. Even though it's the end of Summer, flowers still bloom like in Spring! Meet our latest budding rose, Suzie! Suzie is female, medium-sized (20-59#) Black mouth cur mix. She is kind of like SUPERMOM!! Suzie was saved from under a house where she had 14 PUPPIES!! And SHE LOVED EACH AND EVERY ONE!! She was an AMAZING MOMMA!! She took amazing care of her pups and they have all gone on to their FUREVER homes! You can see WHY she deserves a nice soft place to land! She did her work, now it's HER turn to be spoiled for a change! :) Suzie is the sweetest little gumdrop around the block! Her ears are always perked up listening for fun to be had and she always has a smile on her face! Suzie is good with cats, dogs, and children but should be given patient and careful introductions to any and all new family members. Suzie is also crate trained. Suzie has been treated for heartworms and IS available for adoption!
