Story
Hi, I’m Bruno! I’m a 5-year-old Redbone Coonhound, and I’m basically a big ol’ bundle of joy (with a side of chaos). I've been waiting a long time for my forever family. But hey, good things take time, right? When I first arrived at FDHS, I had a bit of a rough patch- heartworm treatment, eye surgery-you name it. But guess what? I BEAT heartworms and am now fully recovered and testing negative! Doc says I'm as healthy as a horse (whatever that means!) and I can live life like any regular old pup. I’m still smiling, wagging my tail, and singing my hound dog blues like nobody’s business. (Seriously, I’ve got the voice of an angel… if angels were a little off-key.)These days, I've been hanging out in an awesome foster home, and I've really settled down. My foster mom says that I'm the best house guest- quiet, sweet and always up for a snuggle sesh. I still love a good sniffing adventure outside, but more than anything, I just want to be close to my people. I do great in a fenced yard, on a tie-out or on leash. Because of my nosey nose, outdoor adventures with me should always be supervised. Oh, and I get along great with the other dogs and cats. I've been waiting patiently for my perfect match, and I know they're out there. If you're looking for a good-looking hunk of hound, I could be your guy. I'm loyal, loving and actually pretty chill once we get to know each other. Ready to start the next chapter of the rest of our lives together?
