Story
Welcome to the rescue, Taylor!  Taylor was rescued from a deplorable shelter in Louisiana, where the dogs never get outside.  She is just the sweetest dog!  Taylor is estimated to be about 4 years old and is believed to be a Black Mouth Cur/Heeler mix.  She is a very loving and super chill girl.  She is always ready for a snuggle or to head out on a walk.  Taylor jumps right in the car and loves her car rides.  She is in a doggie playgroup and does very well with the other dogs. She is so happy to be out of that shelter, so now whe is enjoying life!.  Unfortunately, Taylor is HW positive and will need treatment before she can travel to NY.   She is currently being fostered in Louisiana, but we are accepting applications for her now.   Taylor will be fully vetted and spayed before arriving in NY.  Her adoption fee is $300 which goes towards spaying at out vet, vaccines and medical care up to adoption, microchip and transportation fees. ##2197384##

Story
Sweet Pea has been rescued after 6 months being in a Louisiana Shelter which doesn't even let them out of their kennel.  She is exactly like her namesake, sweet as can be! She wags her tail all day long!   Sweet Pea has transitioned quickly to life outside of the shelter. She is estimated to be a 3 year old Black Mouth Cur mix. She is dog and cat friendly.  Her currentl weight is around 55 pounds.  Sweet Pea does well around children who respect her boundaries. She is Heartworm positive since she wasn't on monthly preventatives and needs to go through HW treatment before she can come to NY.  When she arrives in NY she will be fully vetted and spayed.  The rescue is accepting applications for this love now.  Her adoption fee is $350 which goes toward spaying at our vet, vaccines and medical care (HW treatment) up to adoption, microchip and transportation fees. ##2248656##

Story
Meet Biscuit, the ultimate cuddle buddy! This sweet, affectionate girl adores attention and thrives on human connection. She’s a lazy lovebug in the best way—her favorite activities include lounging by your side, soaking up belly rubs, and sneaking naps wherever the sun shines. While Biscuit calm demeanor makes her the perfect companion for a quiet home, she still enjoys short bursts of play and leisurely strolls. Sadly, with three young kids under 2, we can no longer give Biscuit the time and care she deserves. She’s happiest when she’s the center of attention, and we want her to find a home that can shower her with love and meet her needs. Biscuit will be a loyal, low-maintenance addition to any family ready to give her a forever home filled with snuggles and care. Although Biscuit is a lowkey dog her prey drive won’t pass up the opportunity to scale a fence for a small creature (bird, squirrel etc.)
