Wall-E was brought into a North Carolina animal control as a stray who was not claimed. This poor little guy was not doing well in the shelter environment and was shutting down. Since the shelter was at capacity, he was scheduled for euthanasia if a rescue partner could not be found. So we stepped in and Wall-E is now in foster care. Wall-E has been coming out of his shell in foster care and we are starting to see his personality peeping out now and then! He is likely less than a year old, and is looking to his foster brother and sister for cues in how to deal with the world around him. As we learn more about Wall-E, we will update his profile. For now, he is a scared baby who is trying to figure out what is happening to him and who he can trust. If you would like to meet Wall-E, please fill out our adoption application!

Joe is a stunning 8 year old black mouth cur mix that is ready to find his forever family❤️ Sweet Joe has a strong desire to be near his people, always. He’s a cuddle bug and loves being where his family is! He is good at being a companion dog, he plays well with puppies & is a protector of his people! He will bark when strangers come to the door but once he knows they’re cool, he will be their new best friend🐾 This handsome boy can be an adventure pup or a couch potato. He loves to go for hikes and runs, but he is also happy cuddling up on a couch with his humans! He likes other dogs, but prefers pup friends with laid-back personalities so he can be the “big dog in the house,” or he would be okay as an only dog! 🐶 Joe has a strong case of FOMO, so he always wants to know what you are doing and where you are going. He likes to follow his people around the house and get into the things they are getting into. He really just wants to be near his humans & doing whatever they’re doing.❤️ Joe needs an adult-only household, or one with older children.
