Meet Hope! Hope is a 1 year old, 40 lb. Black Mouth Cur/Hound mix looking for her forever home. Hope is a sweet girl that just wants to be loved. She is happiest when she is getting love and attention. Hope does not to spend long ahours alone an needs someone that is home often. She is curious and full of puppy energy and needs stimulation and activity to keep her happy and busy. Hope can walk on a leash, but doesn't enjoy long walks. She does love chasing balls and playing with other dogs, so a fenced yard is required. Hope has done well around big and small dogs, but does best with another playful dog that can keep up with her energy. She is crate trained and is potty trained as long as you keep her on a consistent schedule. Being still an oversized baby, Hope is looking for a home with a person who can spend time with her and teach her puppy manners. Hope has not been around cats in the home, but has ignored cats on walks. Hope needs a home without small children as she is still learning to not jump up when she is excited. Hi, I'm a 7 month old black mouth cur mix named Jax. My mom rescued me from a mean person who wanted to hurt me and we grew close. Unfortunately our home was destroyed during hurricane milton and we are living on the side of the road. I know my mom loves me but knows that this isn't the life I deserve. She wants me to have a happy life. I love playing with other dogs and going on walks. Still learning the Leash. I'm crate trained and potty trained and will tell you I have to go by going to the door or whining. I love toys and getting treats. I'm not picky with food. I have a lot of energy as I'm still young and I enjoy going for walks and playing in water. I'm loyal, playful, joyful, and full of love.
