Meet Runner! This sweet girl got her name from following her finder home on a run! She probably knew she’d found someone who would help her. She’s a little nervous, but it’s only her first day at the rescue. Her finder had her for a month and fully house trained her, and she knows her manners. Runner is about 2 years old and weighs 42 pounds. She looks like a Black Mouth Cur mix, but she has a fluffy tail and some interesting coloring on her legs. She walks well on a leash, and is learning that the world is a fun place to explore when you have a safe, warm home and regular food every day! She’s good with other dogs and people, and would love to keep building her confidence. He was so skinny and of course was heartworm positive. Once we saw this handsome boys under bite and smile, Fetching Hearts Rescue knew we had to help him. Logan has been treated for Heartworm and is all cleared. He is healthy and happy now. Logan is looking for a family or a person to be his bestie. He loves his humans and loves to cuddle with them.
