Thanks to an anonymous donor, my adoption fee is currently FULLY SPONSORED!Hi I'm Elsa! I was found abandoned in a field with my 12 babies (yes, 12!). I took such good care of them that we all survived until we thankfully were found and made it to Guardians of Florida Animal Rescue. I am a very sweet, friendly, happy girl with all of the humans at the rescue. It seems I'm a bit dog selective so a meet and greet with any current fur babies is important to make sure we get a proper introduction. I'm estimated at around 2 years old and last weighed in at 56 lbs. We can't be sure of my mix, but my rescue sees black and tan coonhound and possibly doberman in me. I seem to be housebroken, but it is hard to tell for sure in a kennel environment. I walk very well on a leash and know how to sit and take treats gently.My $100 adoption fee has been fully sponsored, and I am up to date on my vetting, vaccinations, deworming, microchip, heartworm test (negative), and spay. Hi there, my name is Champ! I'm a handsome, big-hearted Foxhound looking for my forever home. At 76 pounds, I could use a little help slimming down, so I’m looking for a family who can support me on my weight-loss journey with some gentle exercise and a healthy diet. I’m almost 6 years old, and while I still enjoy a good stroll, I’m mostly looking for a comfy couch to lounge on and a loving human to keep me company. Like any true hound, I’ve got a voice and I’m not afraid to use it! I love to “talk” and will happily tell you all about my day while we relax together. I can also be a bit prey-driven, so a home without cats would be best for me. If you’re looking for a laid-back, chatty, and lovable companion who enjoys the simple things in life—a cozy nap, a slow walk, and some good company—I just might be your perfect match.
