Chase is a male who loves to run. He is an average size with a strong build and has a very striking brown short haired coat. His traits are more like the hound than a terrier He is a lover boy and can't wait to play with you. He will need some training to be completely potty trained and not to jump up. For that reason small children are not recommended. He is not fond of little ones. They make him nervous. He will need a fence in yard for security. He calms down nicely once he gets his running out in the morning. Come meet Chase. He's got that look that will melt your heart.

Meet Winnie, a gold and black female Coonhound mix! She is approximately 1 year, 7 months old. She weighs about 40 lbs and has been spayed. Winnie is a very energetic girl and will require training in her new home! She is a bit shy with new people, especially young children, and may do best in a home without young kids. Winnie is not friendly with cats but has had positive experiences with one other dog. She loves to run and play with toys such as balls, ropes, chew toys, and stuffed animals. Winnie has been known to paw you for attention, bite playfully, and chases lizards! She is potty trained and is used to going out 3-4 times a day on a schedule. For more information on how to adopt, please call the shelter to see if this pet is still available for adoption. Then come to the shelter for a meet and greet. We are open 10:30-6 Tuesday – Friday and 10:30 – 4 on Saturday (closed 1-2 for lunch and the last Friday of every month).
