Story
Let me introduce Chance, one of the coolest dogs in our rescue! His foster mother has medical issues, and she wants him to find his furever home ASAP! This awesome guy was abandoned in the woods, alone in the middle of nowhere, when he was still a puppy – scared and left to die young. He is extremely sweet. Chance loves toys and playing fetch - playtime is high on his wish list. He is very friendly, never meets a stranger, and loves absolutely everyone he meets. He still has a puppy spirit and needs activity & exercise! He would be great for an active family that hikes or runs, as long as there are cuddles and belly rubs. His leash walking is progressing well. He gets along well with other dogs with proper introduced. He will be happiest as a loving family companion. We use the most animal-friendly transport on the road. Rescue Riders Pet Transport. We'll transport to a destination near you every weekend, alternating between the Northeast and the Great Lakes.

Story
Our sweet boy Simon is ready for a fur-ever home! This boy will steal your heart with his gentle and loving demeanor. He’s potty trained, crate trained, does great in the house with small children and other pets.  Simon was rescued from a horrific hoarding situation one year ago. He was on of over 30 dogs/puppies on the property. It is no fault of his own that he hasn’t been adopted. This poor boy has been overlooked at adoption events and we believe it’s due to “black dog syndrome “. If given the opportunity he will excel in a family.  Recently Simon attended a Halloween event and was crowned top dog! The tail wags said it all, he was so excited to get so much attention! He did excellent walking on a leash and meeting the other dogs in attendance.  Simon is fully vetted: microchipped, neutered, up to date on vaccines. He has been on a monthly prevention for heart worms.  His adoption fee is $400, which covers the cost of transport from Arkansas to New England.  Go to: ArkanPaws.org toApply.  Let’s get this boy home for the holidays. ##2220535##

WE ARE A TX BASED RESCUE. THIS DOG IS CURRENTLY LOCATED IN TX AND WILL BE TRANSPORTED UPON ADOPTION. Please fill out an adoption application found at haydudeequine.org Duke - You are the bridge between what was and what will be, my pathway to a new life! Hello all you fabulous people out there. My name is Duke and I'm looking for a home, a family...one to call our very own!! I was pulled from the local shelter where I've spent 4 out of the 5 months of my life. I've never had a family before and I keep hearing how these things they are so pawsome!! And since you're reading this could it possibly be...that YOU will be my family?!! I am a very sweet fella that enjoys all things puppy. I love exploring this big ole world, playing with the other pups here at my foster home, getting lovins from my people, playing in the water, going for walks, you know...anything puppy!! I adore my people both tall and small but I do have sharp lil teeth and nails, I love playing with the other pups and although I haven't met any of those creatures y'all call a cat yet, at my tender age I should do great with them too. I'm about 5 months of age and come in around 20lbs so I should be a great mediumish size when I get myself fully growed up. That's the perfect size for sharing in ALL your adventures from the mundane daily to the weekend exciting, and ya know, everything is an adventure to me (hint hint!). I've got those fabulous classic handsome good looks that will have heads turning, for sure!! Sweetness galore, adventurous and playful, I would love to be your lil lump of clay to be molded into your bestest friend. I am so ready to be that lil heartbeat at your feet so please stop scrolling and fill out my adoption application. It can be found at haydudeequine.org

Story
Willa and Watson (siblings) came from the Brookhaven pound. We saw them on Face Book. The Brookhaven pound was going to put these puppies down because they were so shy. They couldn’t find a rescue group to take them. We decided to help them. They are super sweet, but they are very shy. Walter is not as shy as Willa. They feel very comfortable in their environment, but when taken to the vet, they do get nervous. They do respond to love, but they need somebody that will spend time with them. Because we are so overcrowded, they have never had an opportunity to live in the house. They were heavily bonded at the foster’s house, and they loved to play together. The foster did not spend any time with them, but the children played with them some in the fenced in area. They play well with other dogs, but they have never been around cats. Since they have been at Blue Ribbon Kennels, they have been in separate kennels for the past 13 months. They both need a special home with somebody that will spend a lot of time loving them, giving them a lot of attention and being patient with them. Plese help Willa, and maybe even consider adopting both of them! Willa and Watson are in Mississippi. Rescue Riders is a very reliable pet transport and will transport Willa to her new home. This is included in the adoption fee
We'll also keep you updated on Watson's adoption status with email updates.
