Story
Beautiful, yes. Hesitant and a work in progress, also yes. Bubbles came to us weeks ago as a terrified young kitten. She couldn’t be touched. Now, at four months old, daily doses of love, patience, and treats are starting to yield results. Bubbles needs a special home, with just the right person that understands her and is able to continue to work with her on socialization. Come meet this special girl today! She is making progress daily, and yearns for a place to call home. Interested in adopting? Visit our website today to apply.

Story
Allow me to introduce Thomas and Milton, two brothers (part Maine Coon ~13lbs.) who were born in Texas, adopted in Chicago, and now find themselves 5 years later, back in Texas. They are a joy to have around the house as they play or as they compete for your affection. With the addition of our second child, Thomas has gotten a little territorial, so we are seeking a new loving home for them where they can receive adequate attention in a stable environment. Thomas tends to be scared of strangers and will hide when you have visitors, but Milton is very friendly and will eagerly greet visitors. Both are playful, loving, and cuddly. Neither has any medical conditions. We hope Thomas and Milton will continue to bring as much love and joy to you as they have to our family. * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * If you have a specific question about Milton, then please email newdigs@dallaspetsalive.org. Story
Hello there, I'm Axel, your potential new best friend. I'm a Maine Coon gentleman who appreciates the finer things in life, like a good snooze in a sunny spot, or a tasty treat. My demeanor is pretty laid-back, which means I'm the perfect companion for those quiet, cozy nights in. I've got a heart full of love and I'm eager to share it with someone special. I adore people, and my favorite pastime is being in their company, especially if they've got a treat or two for me. I was surrendered to TexasCARES by my owners because I kept trying to take off when kids and dogs went in and out. I will need a home that will keep a close eye on doors. I'm a beautiful big boy inside and out. My needs are simple love, care, and a few treats…well lots of treats here and there. I'd love to find a forever home where I can be cherished for the mellow, loving cat that I am.  March 27, 2025, 7:56 pm
