Sassy got her name for a reason, don’t let her cuteness fool you. She needs a slow introduction to new friends and can be a bit bossy and overwhelmed at first. FOCCAS is a foster based, non-profit rescue in Crossville, TN. The adoption fee Includes Age-Appropriate Vaccinations (DA2PPV, Bordetella, Rabies), Deworming, Spay/Neuter, Microchip, Flea/Tick/Heartworm Prevention, and Sheltering. Adult Dogs are Heartworm Tested and Treated as Needed. FOCCAS does not DNA test or guarantee breed. Sassy's adoption fee (picked up locally in Crossville, Tennessee) is $350. He was found roaming property in a rural area. Had a collar, but no tags. He is very loving. Funny. Wants a playmate. My dog is too possessive and doesn’t really want to play with him or doesn’t know how. Bilbo, just a name I came up with, would flourish in a home maybe with older kids just since he loves to run around and play. He’s kinda clumbsy.

Please read the entire bio for this rescue, it will provide all the information that one needs to decide if they would like to apply to adopt from SCMR.  Humphrey is no longer available for adoption, because of his declining health, SCMR feels it is in his best interest to keep him in his loving foster home for the time he has left.  A home that is familiar and where he enjoys his foster siblings.       If anyone would like to help sponsor his medical bills (treating his poly-arthritis), please feel free to send a donation, and be sure to let us know the donation is for him.  We will place your name on his website as a sponsor angel, if you would like.     Out-of-state adoptions are possible; however, the approved adoptive home is responsible for making the necessary arrangements to pick up their new little one.   To be considered to adopt me, please fill out an APPLICATION.   NOTE: SCMR DOES NOT adopt to homes with children under the age of 10 years or homes with Electric Fences.
