** Current location: in a foster home in South Korea ** Meet Roy! He is such a lovely boy rescued by the Korean team. He was rescued from an illegal puppy mill and shows signs of separation anxiety due to trauma. He needs a family who can spend a lot of time with him. Please become his forever family and give him lots of love and comfort! • Personality: He is an adorable pup full of love and kisses. He loves being around people and even likes to say hi to strangers! Since he loves you a lot, he may get jealous when other dogs are around you. • Housetrained: He usually goes potty outside. • Separation Anxiety: He is usually not a barker, but he has separation anxiety. His foster mom found that he barks when he is alone until his foster mom comes back home. We believe he will get better by getting more training for separation and keeping his composure. • Allergy/Health Issues: None

Story
Casper is a 6 year bishon frise shitzu hybrid. Casper is calm dog. Casper would do well with someone who likes to walk at least two times a day. Casper loves car rides and adventures. Casper really loves fresh water, treats and is a good eater. Casper especially loves his squeaky balls from Walmart for 5 bucks. I would like for a loving caring person who wants a single dog to have him because I think Casper would do well as a single pet. My job has limited my work hours now and I have an older dog also. Casper would do great with lots of love and attention.

Story
✅️Currently located in South Korea✅️ Meet QQ❤️ QQ was rescued from an illegal breeding facility in South Korea, where she lived in a cramped cage with accumulated waste and fur beneath, making standing painful and emitting strong ammonia fumes. She is now adapting to everyday life and is expected to become healthier and happier soon! * Interaction with People: Loves people a lot but initially fears strangers, especially men. Takes time to warm up, but once getting comfortable, she follows around, wags her tail, and likes to be by your side. She gives lots of kisses as a way of saying I love you! * Interaction with Dogs: Shows little interest in other dogs and enjoys spending time alone. Feels uncomfortable with overly aggressive doggy friends! Tends to display her emotion by look to familiar dogs. * Interaction with Cats: Is indifferent to cats and passes by them without much interest. * Separation Anxiety: Has Minimal separation anxiety. Scratches the door when the dog he lives with goes out, but she sleeps and does well alone when the family is out. * Potty Training: Prefers to use indoor potty and is proficient with using pads. Occasionally confuses blankets with her potty spot but is getting training. Does well with outdoor potty during walks. * Hygiene: Cooperates well during baths. Nail trimming can be frightening and cause some fuss, but she stays calm. Is also good with brushing and drying. Feels uncomfortable with scissors on her face. * Walking: Enjoys slow walks, but tends to pull the leash in the direction she wants to go. * Car Sickness: Travels well in the car without any signs of motion sickness. * Is very gentle with no biting, even when touched or petted by strangers. * May bark softly when guests come into the house. * Is afraid of sudden sounds or movements and isn't used to being picked up or put on your lap. * Has allergies and is on an allergy diet. ** Health Status ** - Scaling done, two teeth extracted - Due to periodontitis, her gums have receded, causing instability in her teeth. This prevents her from eating hard food, and she needs to be fed with soft kibble and snacks. - Has an eye injury but no vision impairment. 💙 Foster's Instagram: @co7mo3

Story
Zara is a 5-6-year-old Shih Tzu with a heart that longs for love. Though her journey hasn’t been easy, she’s ready to find her forever home. This little lady is shy at first but warms up with a little patience and kindness. Once she knows you, she adores going on walks and will cherish being part of a cozy home instead of a kennel. Zara would thrive as the only dog in her new home. She’s unsure about cats, so a feline-free environment is best, and due to her reserved nature, she’d do well in an adult-only household. Zara dreams of having someone special to call her own—someone who will give her the love and security she deserves. If Zara sounds like the perfect companion for you, please fill out an application at rescueridge.com. To respect her journey and ensure the best fit, no phone calls or questions will be answered without an application. If you’re not contacted, it means another family is a better match for her unique needs. After submitting your application, you can text 732-546-8805 to follow up.
