Story
Starla is an absolute STAR! She is a 6'ish-year-old, 15-pound beautiful Bichon.  Starla is looking for a forever home with her best friend, Sparkler!   Starla is a sweet girl who enjoys napping in the sunshine and rolling in grass.  She even enjoys running in the snow. She looks forward to her evening snuggle time on the sofa. Starla has a fun, sweet personality, especially when she is with her bestie Sparkler.  They both clearly love each other and enjoy playing together (Check out a cute video of them here)! They can take a little bit to warm up to new people, but when they do, they are super sweet and adorable. Their ideal home is in the suburbs with a securely fenced yard.  They both love other dogs and walk nicely on the leash together. Starla is in excellent health.  To learn more about Starla and Sparkler, please email adoptme@cockerspanielrescue.com.   Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.January 19, 2025, 5:25 pm

Story
Sparkler (Sparky to his friends) is an 8'ish-year old, 15-pound Bichon.  Sparky is looking for a forever home with his best girl, Starla.   Sparky is a charming little fellow who loves to play with toys and other dogs.  He zips around the yard with exuberance.  He will throw himself into his foster mom's lap for snuggles when the mood strikes. Foster mom now understands why people love Bichons so much. Sparky and Starla clearly adore each other and enjoy playing together (Check out a cute video of them here)! They take a little bit to warm up to new people, but when they do, it is all goodness!  Their ideal home is in the suburbs with a securely fenced yard.  They both do well with other dogs and walk well on the leash together. Sparky is in good health! Story
Who`s gray and white and ready to snuggle with her people all day? I`ll give you a hint ... it`s me! My name is Chloe, and I`m looking for a furever home that has a lifetime supply of belly rubs, sunny patches for naps, and fancy dog treats.Aside from being adorable, I am also deaf, so I`m most comfortable when people approach me from the front so I can see them coming. Like anyone else, I`m not a big fan of having anybody sneak up behind me! I LOVE to be with people and will happily spend the day by your side (especially if you`re good at giving belly rubs). I don`t mind other dogs, but I would also be fine as an only pup getting your love all to myself. I will need eye ointment twice a day, but I really enjoy having it applied! I do well on a leash for walks, but prefer not to be in a crate -- I`ll wait for you to come home from any outing by napping on the couch instead. Toys aren`t really my thing, but I will NEVER say no to a good treat! So, if you find yourself with extra love to give, you should come and take me home. I`ll take all the love you`ve got!If you`d like to take me home, please fill out an adoption application at this website – https://animalalliesrescue.org/dog-application – and choose me, Chloe! My adoption fee is $150 and AARF wants me to tell you that their adoption package covers all expenses needed to prepare dogs like me for our forever homes. By the time you meet us, we’ve already been spayed/neutered (if age-appropriate) and microchipped. We’ve been checked by a veterinarian, and we’re up to date on age-appropriate immunizations against rabies and DHLPP (distemper, hepatitis, leptospirosis, parainfluenza, and parvovirus). We’ve been tested for heartworm and other tick borne diseases (4DX), and we’ve started our heartworm and flea preventive medications. Some of us have had extensive surgeries, dental work, or other necessary procedures. AARF is committed to getting all of us entirely ready for a happy, healthy, love-filled life!

Hi - My name is Hunter and I am a new member of the AARF family. I am a Shih Tzu mix, but because I am brand new to these parts, there`s not much more known about me or my personality just yet. If you check back a little later, I`m sure my foster parents will have a lot more information to post about me. If you have any questions, though, feel free to send an email to info@animalalliesrescue.org. or if you just think it`s love at first sight, please fill out an adoption application at this site - http://www.animalalliesrescue.org and choose me - Hunter! My adoption fee is $300.00.
